Wishing I could give zero stars. I should, considering I never even received a service. I waited over 20 minutes just to get my eyebrows done while only one staff member was working on a peak weekend. The customer ahead of me was getting a full facial waxing, and there was no backup or additional staff to handle the demand. While I understand appointments can take time, having just one person working during a busy period is completely unacceptable and shows poor management and scheduling. I ultimately left without being seen, which was extremely disappointing. read more

I'm a blonde woman and they put JET BLACK eyebrow tint on me. I told her it looked too dark and she left it on. She finally decided to listen to me. Both ladies tried scrubbing it off on me to no avail. The scrubbing did make some of my eyebrow hairs fall out. Now I have black and patchy eyebrows before a very important event. I am a very patient and understanding person but this wasn't acceptable at all. I entrusted y'all with my face! This is terrible business practice. Reconsider getting a tint here!!! read more

I went before my trip. Let me remind everyone I've been threading my face for over 10 years. This woman was so rude. She cut my chin and neck so bad. It's like she did it on purpose. She push that thread in my chin like she wanted to strangle me. I never had someone do that. Honestly she shouldn't be allowed to work on anyone. I can see one or two cuts but my entire face was bleeding. I wanted to just leave without paying but I did pay. I want to call her manager and the owner and get her fired. According to the reviews this is not the first time she has done this. I will be taking every step to get her fired. Idk if she doesn't like women or if it's a race things but I'm so appalled and disgusted. read more

This is the first and last time I been to this location. The lady that did my full face thread seemed to be In a bad mood. She first did my brows and thought she was done. I said no I chose full face when I checked in, politely. She proceeded to do the rest of my face aggressively and fast as possible. She just wanted to get it done and over no matter if involved causing me pain. I know threading is painful as I've gotten this done for over 2 years but I've never had no one be this rough with me. She was moving so rough she knocked my hair piece and earring off. At that point I knew I wouldn't tip her. Once she was done I asked for some aloe. She just slapped it on my face. I rubbed it in , in the mirror. I had plenty of spots that had bled. While I was rubbing in she went to the register and began tapping her hand as if she was getting more inpatient waiting on me. I went and paid. They have the screen where they can see the rating you give so I felt forced to say the service was good but it wasn't. I would never go back there. read more

Update: I came in a couple of weeks later to have my brows reshaped rather than just cleaned up. Love how they look now and how fast service is. Great prices! I came in for a short stop to get my brows threaded because I work closeby. Threading is $10, but I was able to use my student ID to have a 30% discount. Easy-going, calm and relaxing environment. Very nice ladies. Will definitely be coming here more frequently! read more

First of all the wait is ridiculous. I waited for 20 minutes while the tech worked on 1 person's eyebrows. Secondly, the string was very dull so she had to keep going over the same spots over and over. Lastly, but most importantly she gave me 2 different eyebrows. Ok so first of all there was only one artist working, as I walked in she was finishing up someone's eyebrows and as soon as she got paid for that she walked right over to start my henna. NO GLOVES. DID NOT WASH HANDS BETWEEN ME AND HER PREVIOUS CLIENT. I got my henna yesterday around 6 pm and was told it would last 1-2 weeks..which OBVIOUSLY is not the truth at all. Despite all of the negative reviews already on here I have been going to this threading salon for a while now and I absolutely love it yeah sometimes one eyebrow can be thinner than the next but that is why they show you in the mirror before they let you walk out of the door.
