Came in yesterday afternoon for the first time to get all cleaned up and to try brow tinting for the first time. I was sincerely impressed with Jaanbi! She answered all of my questions and assured me the process was nice and smooth, and it was! I go here when I'm in Dallas for my eyebrows plus face threading and I really like their work. Both the artists who did my threading are very skilled indeed. The reason I'm giving a 4 star is that I have noticed the ladies talk amongst themselves a lot which is totally ok, but they were bickering about the customers and also passed some comments which made me slightly annoyed. I think they didn't realize I understand the language they speak in. I understand it's a tough job and these ladies are very hardworking individuals and everyone has tough days but maybe wait till the customers leave? Being a small business owner I care a lot about other small businesses and wouldn't want other customers to pick up on this and stop coming. You feel me? I really like their work but I would be hesitant going in now because of the background narration. read more

I've been going to this place since 2017 since their old location and I've never been disappointed! I recommend Amy for all cosmetics including eyebrow threading, eyebrow tinting, upper lip and chin! She is the only person I go to! This place can let you book an appointment online at any time which is perfect! Also they take COVID regulations very seriously! They are always disinfecting and they have their mask on at all times! They always make sure you hand sanitize your hands before touching anything in the store. The environment is awesome all the employees are very nice . Usually I love my eyebrows everytime but today I decide to get my eyebrows done by another worker. She finished really fast and she was distracted talking to the other workers which i think is why she didn't do a good job one eyebrows was raised wayyyyy higher than the other and when she tried to fix it she was being really harsh and well they still looked the same. read more

Just had the nicest experience getting my eyebrows threaded here. I got in before the rush, but even if I had to wait, their new location is really cute and comfortable so it wouldn't have been a big deal to sit and read for a bit. My eyebrows are NOT EASY! Highly recommend Jinal! I was going to the Heena salons, but they were just okay. I found SOI and have been going for my eyebrows ever since.
