Made another appointment and took the dog. The owner assured us she would get the dog trimmed quickly. 5 hours later we are told they need another 30 minutes. We waited an hour and went to pick up our dog, when my wife got there only half of the dog was trimmed and again they needed another 30 minutes, then another hour they needed more time, so my wife brought our dog home. I would not in anyway recommend this place to anyone.

I have a an emotional support dog, she is a Keeshond named gidget and means the absolute world to me. I am personally unable to brush her and bathe her and these people gave me grief, humiliated me and made me feel awful because she is really matted and they refused to bathe and groom her.
