My three dogs who are not crated at home had to spend over 4 hours in a crate waiting their turn for grooming. I feel an appointment time should be within an hour or two not longer.

The vet techs are so sweet and make sure our dogs are well cared for. They call to follow up and check on the pups after a procedure. Very thoughtful. Dr. Camp is beyond wonderful. She isn't annoyed by questions and explains procedures so they are easy to understand. Our dog has Addison's Disease and Dr. Camp makes sure it stays properly managed. We drive 45 minutes just to take our dogs to Boones Creek because of how much we love the care. We have three dogs and all of them are weird and have their own needs and personalities. I have seen all the staff work so well with each one of them. When my older lab had to get surgery I wasn't worried for a second because of how much I trust this staff and their expertise. They were able to get him in quickly when we didn't have an appointment. They are professional, kind, everything is always clean, and I just feel so lucky to have them there. Our family really loves our dogs and having a good vet to take them to is such a relief. Thank you Boones Creek for being awesome!
