Booking online: As soon as you book online via their website, you'll receive a phone call from someone confirming the appointment and asking if you have any questions. Cost of the treatment is not a question I would have thought to ask the person confirming my appointment. Check in: You fill out some paper work and sign a few documents. The treatment: Courtney brings in a bag of yellow fluid and tells me that the chair I'm sitting in can recline if I want it to. I confirm that it should take about 30 mins and he says, "maybe 45." BTW, it took my bag an hour to drain. He checked on me a couple of times but only offered me a call button at the end of my treatment... to let him know when the bag was empty. If you decide to do this, please remember to ask for a blanket beforehand. I didn't realize how cold the fluids would be going into your body and of course that temperature is going to end up throughout your entire body.
