I would encourage you to take advantage of a free classes and find programs that fit your child's interests, skill level, and wellness goals. Also multiple programs can get a bit pricey and I would love to see a structure to take advantage of discounts when you participate in more than one program. What sets this gym apart from other gyms I have been exposed to is the consistent positive and empowering culture. This staff really is passionate about helping kids grow and be well rounded people. TJ is one of the most knowledgeable instructors I've ever met. I've been to various studios throughout the United States, but I was never consistent enough with studio training. Now that I am vaccinated I want to be more consistent with my training and get a strong technical foundation. I can tell from just one class with TJ, the difference in my understanding of pole and just how much better my body awareness was. Freestyle Fitness is the real deal and you really can't beat the professionalism, knowledge, and overall friendly atmosphere.

Unlike my experience at some other dance studios in the Louisville area, the instructors do not seem burdened by the weight of the chips on their shoulders and the students are not competing with each other in ways that remove the joy of dance.
