We will not be able to delay the start of class for late arrivals. Any missed visits will go against your current class package. The instructor, myself, and several other students were there. I personally waited 5-10 minutes after the class started to wait for you as Sheila had a responsibility to begin class on time for the other attendees. After waiting, I then locked the doors to join class as I had intended to participate as a student. The doors must be locked for the safety and security of the clients, instructors, and the building. A grace cancellation credit has been added to your account as a one-time courtesy. All class packages are non-refundable, except in the case of illness or injury with documentation from your doctor. The owners ARE very unprofessional and dismissive. Communication is horrendous and any questions or concerns (i.e. money, cancelled workshops, etc.) are met with defensiveness, excuses and use of "free" merchandise rather than real solutions. Beware they do not offer refunds, but you will get a "credit" for what THEY feel they owe you. It's extremely disappointing that a business that has been around for 21 years is ran so badly and doesn't have a better ethics. I'm sure they have a huge following, but this was my 1st experience with Planet Dance, and I will be dancing my happy ass elsewhere to get a more positive and honest experience.
