Stayed the night here for an overnight anniversary trip and it was great. The rooms are beautiful and have a small kitchenette with microwave and fridge it was nice to be able to bring some drinks and treats in and have them cold. The service was good. Everyone was very friendly and breakfast was great too. They are just serving it family style right now with covid and it was perfect. I will for sure recommend this place and stay again. The only down side was the rooms were a little hard to find and a bit of a walk. It was an ok walk for us but for someone that has a hard time walking this could be an issue.

My husband and I stayed at The Chateaux last weekend in a three bedroom (separate entry door with key as well as three separate rooms with keys- master had living room and kitchen) with our friends (three couples total). This was a hotel choice of our friends getting married so we decided to book through their room block. The property was gorgeous and the customer service was excellent. What stuck out: -Breakfast buffet and service was on point with different offerings each morning. -Lobby bar was stunning with an enormous window and amazing view. -Multiple hot tubs on site. -Although the spa is very small and lacking amenities, my massage and masseuse was INCREDIBLE. She let me know that all of the masseuses rotate between each of the three properties (The Chateaux, The Stein and the The Stein Residences). Seriously may have been my favorite massage of all time- I wish I remembered her name! -Complimentary car service to nearby locations- just line it up with the front desk/ concierge. -Complimentary coffee, tea and infused water all day. -Housekeeping kept our space PRISTINE. We are looking forward to staying again one day!

It's the last morning of our five day stay at the Chateau. My fiance and I had a relaxing time here. It's been relatively quiet because the hotel is at 35% capacity - next week will bring the real crowds. While booking through the hotel website, my guy let them know we are newly engaged and asked for a nicer room. They steered him away from the current view of the construction going on across the street. The room is very nice (room 340). The four-poster king is very comfortable with plenty of pillows and down comforter. The fireplace is a nice touch. While unpacking, we were surprised by a knock on the door and a staff delivered a tray of strawberries with a hand-written card congratulating us on our engagement. A very nice touch! The other nice things in the room include robes and slippers, a kitchenette with microwave, small refrigerator, plates, glasses, flatware, Keurig coffee maker, towel warmer, and an air humidifier, which is key for the dry air. They also provide a lip balm with the toiletries! We enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet which was included in the price of the room. We also had dinner twice in the restaurant which was pretty good. I visited the gym and found it to be a little small but well equipped. Above all, we really appreciated the excellent service from every one of the staff. They were all very friendly and accommodating. It's been especially nice to have the free shuttle service to Main Street. My tips for this hotel would be to bring lots of singles for tipping the shuttle drivers and breakfast servers. Take advantage of the kitchenette with a trip to a market for snacks/beverages, because this is a resort town and there's nothing close by that's affordable for basics. Go to the Stein Erickson for ambience - the Chateau is nice, but it doesn't have the feel of a resort. We both thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to those looking for a nice, but not grand, place to stay in Park City.

Can't say enough about the beauty of this hotel! Would stay here again and again. The staff was extremely helpful. Keep in mind unless you have your own transportation sometimes catching an Uber is tricky!

Average accommodations. Dated. Great customer service. Very close to high end food and epic views. Good price for the experience.

There is not a boring inch in the whole facility as they even decorate their employee access doors with intricate art work. Tasteful planters everywhere. The employees and volunteers are helpful and friendly. Such interesting information on species and habitats. A shout out for their café. Reasonable prices for delicious food. It was $13 for a pub smash burger and drink and fries. Only a couple of bucks more than a #1 at In-N-Out. It was really tasty! Bun was homemade delicious. The fries were exceptional. Crispy outside and creamy inside. Garlic fries. My wife had the Romain lettuce something bowl with pulled pork. She said it was excellent. Very generous portion as she got full half way through. My son then scarfed it down. I also couldn't resist and had to buy a chocolate cupcake. Very moist and the frosting was real frosting, not the yucky, airy stuff that grocery stores put on their sheet cakes. Pretzels are amazing. We did the ECCO virtual reality "ride." Of course, not anywhere near a Disneyland level of a ride, but it was informative and interesting and fun. You can do the ocean or Amazon river experience. We did both. This is free and included in your admission. I really like how they put benches to sit throughout the facility. When you visit such places, you get "mall legs" and sitting down is a respite. Highlights: Penguins! (So cute and funny!), shark tunnel, touch ponds, otters, jelly fish, giant fish, aviary. There is a very nice little kids' playground. Interesting to get an up close look at the claw (ECCO). [It was the staging for U2's 360° concert tour for lighting, video, sound, SFX. The aquarium owner saw it was for sale and bought it. it was dissembled, shipped, and re-assembled.] Get there when they open or close to it for close in parking and less crowds. Such a great place to have nearby. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

They had a lot of animals that isn't usually common to see at an Aquarium. I saw huge roaches (YEEUUCKKKK), they had a snow leopard, a Komodo dragon, sea otters and some more. Where the sea otters are it looked like the beautiful formation rocks in Utah. We had such a good time.

The lodge was built in the 1980s and offer a warm and welcoming luxurious environment with ski-in and -out option. Unfortunately, the snow was icy and melting, so limited skiing. My lodge room was spacious and well accommodated with incredibly beautiful views of the mountains and an outdoor jacuzzi. I also enjoyed the warmth of the fire place. The design leans towards a more rustic and comfortable decor rather than modern. I was very impressed by the food served during our meetings. The Elk Medallón were absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet is also special with plenty of choices including fresh omelets and croissants. This is definitely an elegant and sophisticated destination in Deer Valley.
