All the 5 star reviews must be from friends and family, because I truly don't believe there is an actual satisfied customer of this shops work. I also wish like the other guy that I could leave a negative star review. These crooks not only shouldn't be in business, but they should be in jail! Not one bolt was put back in my car correctly after @$12K worth of repairs. They committed fraud by charging for parts that my car didn't require. They were paid for OEM parts and put in after market parts. They were paid for repairs that they didn't perform and also didn't make repairs on damaged parts that were essential to the safety of the vehicle. The owners put me, my family and everyone else on the road lives in danger by the work they did or didn't do! None of the work they did perform was done with any skill, care or pride. Everyone else burned by them should sue!! All photos are of Soja's Auto Body's work before I had to have it all redone at another shop that knew what they were doing and were actually honest. When I went into Soja's to talk to them about all my issues with their work, the owner Jeff just had a smile on his face, like the cat that ate the canary. Very sad this type of person is in business in our or any community. I too, wish I wrote a review sooner, but I had to wait for certain reasons. The whole story is much longer and more complicated, but you get the nuts and bolts of it. I just wish Soja's got it, but they don't. They are the absolute worse business I have ever had dealings with. I just wish other people had spoken up sooner so I knew to take my business elsewhere. All I can say is STAY AWAY!!!!!! read more
