Rude and unprofessional owner. Instead of the female owner being welcoming to a group of teenage girls simply having a photo shoot and giving Sokoll free advertisement in the process, the owner insisted they leave accusing them of staying past their 1 hour limit. They paid $25 to have a 1 hour photo shoot. Just prior to the hour being up she was insistent they pay another $25 accusing them of staying 2 hours.... Life 360 backs the 1 hour story of all the teenage girls. Respectful, nice teenage girls having good, clean, innocent fun in the middle of a weekday afternoon yet the owner was rude and "has real customers to tend to". Suffice it to say "this real customer" over the years won't be back. Be better Sokoll. ***the owner did reach out and offered an apology. Sometimes life has a way of dictating our actions whether we want them to or not. We all have bad days and she had a big life event happening outside her control. Today me and few girlfriends went to take christmas pictures at a christmas tree farm. We were told to pay 25 for an hour and we got to the farm at 3:11pm. We continued to take pictures for only a few minutes over the time frame and we finished up a little earlier (I was keeping track of the time because we didn't want to go over the hour limit). The owner came over to us and was extremely rude. She proceeded to say that we owed her another 25 dollars for staying two hours when had only stayed for our time frame. A group of friends and I went to this Christmas tree farm to take pictures. We paid $25 for an hour it just had been almost an hour because I was watching the time and the lady came down there where we were at and told us we had been there two hours and owed her $50. I have life 360 so I know for a fact we all had only been there less than an hour. She was very rude to us and kept repeating that she has real customers to tend to as if we didn't pay her to take pictures. We are teenagers and we were very respectful to this lady, but she had absolutely no respect for us and was very rude. I will never be back here. I encourage you to go to another Christmas tree farm to avoid the bad customer service. read more
