I was stunned to find a large selection of boots that actually fit me & even more stunned to find an owner who was on-site, full of info & friendly! I'm a relatively big guy so I wear a size 13 & this was no problem for LI Boot. They had plenty in stock. When I asked about a different type of boot style, the owner showed me a catalog that had hundreds of different styles. He brought in a bunch for stock & even called me when thry arrived to stop down to try some out. This place also has a fantastic selection of belts, buckles, jackets for riding, helmets etc. There's also a huge section for the ladies so thry can get geared up too. Great place & I highly suggest stopping in. Located on the south service road of sunrise, you need to take the Fifth Ave exit heading Eastbound. Just be careful stepping out, limited parking on the street.

Unfortunately, the correct size was on back order however Bruce put a rush order and everything worked out fine. I also strongly recommend buying your Tilley hat from a reputable hat company like Holland Hats. The first hat I ordered from another site had no tags and was folded like it was stuck in a car glove compartment for 2 years. Bruce told me Holland Hats will never send a hat without original Tilley tags. The packaging was in a box and wrapped so it arrived without creases and wrinkles. I ordered an expensive hat, size 59. They sent me a size 60 and it was too big. When I called, the…read moreowner said he did that on purpose, the hats run small in his opinion - and so he asked me to return the hat for exchange. I paid $45 at the post office to return the hat. I was never offered a return label or a credit for the cost to return it. When I brought this to Mr. Holland's attention his response was interesting: He said I should have spoken up sooner, he could have saved a lot on shipping because he as a better shipping rate. In other words - this was quite a bit my own fault. He did offer that if I buy another expensive hat he would take the $45 off, but that is not going to happen. He is not a person I want to deal with again. I really don't need a lecture for ordering a hat, getting the wrong size on purpose, returning it as asked, and then telling me it's mostly my fault that I have a bad feeling whenever I see an email from this business. Needless to say, I unsubscribed.
