The owner of the $.99 store is a Pakistani man who will give you his Shirt off his back such a friendly person. I have even seen him say to people who haven't enough money take it and go, and pay me when you can. He's the type of person that one can write a Christmas story about. She felt she wanted a larger size. We went back today to exchange the pair for a larger size. As she was trying on, the owner of the store steps out from the back and in a nasty tone was like I thought we decided on the other pair. I also noticed her whispering to the sales girl in reference to my daughter. I could tell she was annoyed with us. I didn't understand the attitude. We we're keeping the shoes. It was just an exchange for another pair. As a customer, we have the right to be satisfied and ultimately we have the final decision in our purchase. My daughter was anxious prior to going to the store because she was afraid this was reaction she was going to get and this woman's didn't help in the least.
