Maybe I look shady, but it happens to me every time I go there. Also, the prices are all retail so you're not gonna get any bargains, but you will be able to get niche items that you don't really see. So it's like a high-end garage sale with higher prices and staff who think you might be shoplifting.

Finally stopped in after months if passing the balloons of the store…read more It's a small spot, very clean and organized. The owner is very pleasant and gladly answers questions. As is true of most thrift shops, you never know what there is to find. There are large selections of record albums, cds and DVDs. Not sure what kind of market there is for them these day. I took a quick look at the albums. One cover was stuck together and there was the pronounced smell of mildew overall. The back room is full of clothes. And in keeping with name of store, there are odds and ends all over. The owner told me business was good. So apparently there are buyers out there. I might stop back in someday, but this trip didn't really do much for me. I wish the owner the very best of luck.

It's pretty well buried with very scant hard-to-make-it-here hours - thus a LOT of people cannot get here unless they live locally and are "in the know". So yeah: Ssssshhhhh. It's a secret ! That said : the bulk of what's here is ladies clothes , books and kids clothes. Not a lot of hard goods , collectible stuff , etc. Very basic- pretty small . Prices are fair-to-good-to cheap. So that's a plus. A tiny bit of men's clothes and a few random electronics and some decorative home items. If you are looking for the following , do NOT BOTHER TO COME HERE: comics, vinyl records, video games . Zero. None. This is a store that does not have a high turnover and donations seem low / slow. On the upside: the ladies that work here are sweet as can be and friendly. Not worth traveling here if you live more than 10 / 20 minutes away. LOOK for the sign they hang outside to see if they are "open", which is not very much.

They had brand new concert tees (P!nk, Post Malone, etc.), books, jewelry, belt buckles, vintage campaign posters, pocketbooks, engraved lighters, hardware, paintbrushes, shoes, etc. The gentleman near the register was friendly and helpful. However, I went in the other day and found a lampshade on a shelf that I liked that happened to not be priced. As a person that regularly frequents thrift and antique stores, I understand that if it's not priced then it's either not for sale or someone ripped the price tag off and thus, it's not for sale at this time. I went up to the counter where THE OWNER was sitting and I basically said "I understand if you can't sell this to me since it's not priced but I am interested!" The owner responded rudely and said that the reason it's not priced is because I took it off the base of the lamp where the price is. I said "Oh, I didn't take it off the lamp, it was by itself on the shelf." She huffed and rudely said, "Yes you did... I should know, it's my store!!!!" At that point, it wasn't worth fighting for so I turned around and put it back where I found it (on a shelf with 5+ other solo lampshades). On my way out, she tried to THEN haggle me and offered me $10 for the lampshade and then offered unsolicited advice that I should really bring in the lamp if I'm looking for a lampshade. I said no thank you and left. I don't need to be lectured and accused of something at an antique store filled to the BRIM with items. Antiquing is supposed to be a fun way to find old treasures and functional items for your home.
