Right across from Jake's 58 Casino in case you are staying there and wife wants to look at shoes. There's plenty of free parking as the parking lot is huge. There are many other stores located in the shopping center makes it easy to go pick up groceries, Walmart, liquor, Thai food or just about anything else you might want to find. After shoe shopping. Also very convenient for the guys while your wife or GF is up and down the aisles looking for yet more shoes, you can walk around to some of these other stores in this shopping mall, and entertain yourself. The staff was very friendly here , asked my wife and myself several times if we needed any help and stayed close by to answer questions. Famous Footwear is a large well-lit modern store with styles that change with the seasons at a good price point. I made a complaint with the 800 Walgreens number. The whole situation was weird as I was told my order processed through the Hicksville store who said they had no records in their system of the order even though it was showing out for delivery. Both stores told me they could not look up my order by the order number. I want to know if the Islandia store has a manager named Moses? He needs to be fired since he doesn't know the procedures for online deliveries.

I went to the new tractor supply plus in Islandia at 8:40 on a Saturday morning. I went up to the…read morecashier and paid for use of the pet wash. It was $9.99 and you get use of brushes, a bath, grooming table, soaps, and towels. It was quick and easy and the employee at the register was friendly. Upon walking up to the room there were clumps of hair embedded in the rug. Once in the room everything and when I say everything I mean it, was covered in a thick layer of hair. As you can see in the photos, the bath had clumps of wet hair, the brushes in the room were filled with hair, the place where you put the towels was full of hairy used towels, the walls even had a thick coating of all different color dog hair! It was absolutely disgusting! There was not a single inch of the room that was not covered in damp hair. It looked like the room had a pack of collies fully groomed in it for the last 4 days and not cleaned once. You can tell that not a single employee stepped foot in the area of that room in days! I immediately went to the register and requested a refund. The employee graciously refunded me . I inquired when the room is usually cleaned and I was told at 7pm each night. Well clearly this had not been done as I arrived at 8:40 am and they open at 8. There is no way anyone could have made this much mess of the room in 40 minutes. Pet services at this location are a disgrace! It is in your best interest to go ANYWHERE else is you want to bathe your animal. Truly unexpected condition for a new location that opened in August!

The team leader Tamara was so unhelpful and unprofessional. She admitted I brought my return within their 90-day policy, however, since she couldn't get it to show the price on the computer, she refused the return. Instead, she wanted to give me the current price of $2 dollars. It makes absolutely NO SENSE. I tried COUNTLESS times to call the store to get in touch with the store manager, and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS!!! Awful.
