Love this salon! Marisol is a fantastic hair stylist and so sweet. I love my new blonde hair. I have a sensitive head and she is so gentle and never hurts me. Marisol uses great products too. I'm a brunette gone bleach blonde and my hair still looks shiny and feels amazing. I had gone to a previous salon and the stylist turned my hair orange. I was recommended to go to Marisol and I'm so happy I did! I wish I would have found her first. She got my hair to such a beautiful blonde tone and am in love with my new hair. Hannah and Tom are also amazing and so sweet. They both are so talented with nails and eyelash extensions. I've had my lash extentions and acrylics done by Hannah and she did such an amazing job. The Experience: This place is really clean and pretty. The owner Marisol was SUPER nice and put in a lot of effort to make sure I got what I wanted. She asked a lot of questions about my hair that most hair dressers just gloss over (ex. How do you like your bangs? Do you want a sharp or round cut at the bottom? Do you want it styled wavey or straight before you leave? Do you need to go to the restroom? When do you normally wash your hair/how do you usually style it?). It just seemed like she really cared about giving me a style that would fit my aesthetic AND lifestyle. She also offered me coffee and homemade almond cookies, to top it off! The Haircut: The cut and coloring was superb. The pricing was pretty good/fair considering I have a LOT of thick hair. For the record, I am Asian and have typical thick/course Asian hair. I have been going here for some time. I totally recommend Minny. She is the best hairstylist. She listens to what you want done and also advise a little on the hairstyle. The results are amazing! The price is great differently feels like a $200 hair cut. Must call 1-2 weeks in advance to schedule an appointment. Got myself a pedi done and I was speaking with Hannah via text and when I went in, it was her husband who provided the service (I unfortunately did not catch his name. Tom?) he was sooooo great!! Small talk for a few moments and then he let me relax! Anytime my chair would stop massaging; he'd restart it. Very gentle on my toes, did not hurt me. His extra massage was fantastic! Great hands! Helped me with the color and YES my toes came out very pretty indeed!! He did very well! I live in Temecula and Hannah & Tom (?) are in San Marcos but I just may have to make them my regulars!!! I stumbled upon this salon by accident. I had an appt elsewhere and couldn't find the place and the stylist I had the appt wasn't answering me so I basically very frustrated told her forget it. I was bummed not being able to get it done today but I saw Sol Y Luna when looking for this other place. So I thought I'd stop in and just see pricing. I can't say enough positive things about Hannah's Eyelashes. She is such a perfectionist, she is very nice and welcoming. She makes sure everything is perfect with my lashes. Not impressive. I tend not to review unless it is something I must warn people. My wife took my son to get a hair cut, and Marisol gave my son a hair cut that looks horrendous. My son's hair looks as if the clipper were jammed, or she had a shaky hand. Every other hair patch is different sizes. No real transition in between. It is not the price, or the customer service, it is her skill level. Would not recommend. read more

I was in desperate need of a root touch-up and trim, my head was a mess. I just walked in, and asked what she could do. She sat me down, picked out my color and did her magic. She was so friendly, so nice, but didn't speak the best English...but I'm not complaining! She gave my hair a deep conditioning (which it was in much need of) and sent me on my merry way. The location was what got me. It's in a little shopping plaza next to a tanning salon and...nails or a taco shop next door...so I was hesitant. There are three chairs and a little manicure station but they weren't that busy. Roots, shampoo, conditioner and trim ran me $65. Not bad. read more
