I opted for regular polish versus gel. I couldn't believe how nice my polish looked well into the 2nd week with regular polish. I'm rough on polish, and I love to garden and do yard work without gloves. I've never had polish stay on my hands that long! It is usually a few days tops. Nautica is very particular and detailed about her work, and you can tell she takes pride in her job. Today, I did see one of the other nail techs handy work, and it looked great as well. Other services such as facials, waxing, etc. Soon, they will offer massage services as well. They can also book couples or groups. Snacks and beverages are complimentary with your service. Dr. Pilcher, my original doc was injured and hasn't been able to return to work for several years. Angela Armstrong has been my provider in her absence. The professionalism and passion for patients is STILL top notch! That is evidenced by the nearly full waiting room I see at each visit. Even with a near capacity waiting room- the wait is never excessive. Mrs. Armstrong is quick, efficient, thoughtful, thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, and very caring! I've always felt confident in her findings and recommendations, although I have to admit I don't always follow her recommendations to a 'T.' The single most important time that I NEEDED to, was the time she discovered I had a large melanoma on my shoulder. We immediately made an appt for Dr. Shvartzman to remove it. The surgery went seamlessly, although he took out a much larger area than I thought needed to be removed. But, then again, I'm not the doctor and I'm doing just fine now! Hands down -- this is THE BEST dermatology/skin surgery office in Jax! Why would anyone want to go anywhere else???

The short story is I refused treatment, the procedure was performed anyway and my tissue and PHI were sent to a third party against my will. Precision Dermatology then billed my insurance company for said treatment from 2 different facilities! I will give more information once this case is settled.
