So here's the deal with their custom printing.They're definitely not the cheapest out there, but I've found them to produce the best finished product. And, they can often have your smaller 1 or 2 shirt projects completed while you wait in about an hour (depending on their volume for the day). They're located on the 2nd Floor, Westfield's Solano Mall, towards the middle on the East side of the mall. You'll definitely pay more here, but your getting better results and expedited service, which seems an agreeable tradeoff in these times. read more

The service here is terrible. The man was extremely rude when I came in asked questions and barley got an answer its like he didnt wanna do his job I was asking basic questions about fonts pricing etc and it was like a inconvenience to him. its crazy how this person is working by himself on a weekend when its super busy in the mall thats when you get most of your buisness. This place wont get any buisness with this man working there. He mention for me to come back in 40 mins to see the progress of my shirt and stated he needed to go to lunch mind you its around 4:00 at this point I walked around the mall and seen him eating chicken wings it made sense that he rushed everything because he wanted us out so he can close to eat understandable but regardless he should have stated that and we would of came back if we woulda recieved proper service. My brother was an amazing drawer and had drew some pictures before he died suddenly and used to beg me to find someone that could put his drawing on shirts for his kids. I ordered two shirts for a new business. First off they did the design very quickly. I was in a rush and they were able to get my logo out on (not die cut) but an iron on, which was fine. I normally wear a 2x and it seemed really big. I opted for a class which I tried both on. He assured me they were 100% preshrunk and it would be fine. I washed them per the directions and they came out like a shmedium. I called back to see if I could come back in for an exchange, and was told "sorry, you tried them on you knew what size they were". They say they'll give you a discount for a five star yelp review- don't do it it's a scam! This place is a joke, the employees don't communicate well with each other or the customers. One of the employees said they could do something. So I paid and left, when I called a few hours later they told me it was done and I could pick it up. I honestly would never recommend this place to anyone. A few weeks ago I came in with a design, was given a price and told it'd be no problem, and the process would take about an hour. After deciding it'd be worth the money for what I wanted, we came back and ordered the shirts. The younger guy was working, really nice, said our designs would be no problem. He told us since different colors would be needed it'd be a little while for them to be done, probably by the end of the night. No problem with that at all, he told us why, and also the poor guy was extremely busy, so we completely understood. Over 6 hours later we called to see if they were ready. The guy on the phone said they were done, but we'd have to work it out with the guy who originally helped us, and that he wouldn't be in for a few days. Not understanding why, since our items were already paid for, and we had our receipts, I called back and the guy told us we were able to come in tonight and get them. We get there to pick up our shirts, gave our receipts, and the guy then tells us our shirts aren't ready, after two calls to the shop of them saying they were. He then asks us to look at the designs again, and tells us what we are wanting can't be done. Saying how there were multiple colors it wouldn't be possible.... Every shirt in this store has multiple colors on it.... He was extremely rude and didn't really seem to care that we drove there after being told our shirts were ready and they ended up not. He also didn't seem to care that we were told hours ago that it'd be no problem. This man working tonight, is also the same guy that was working a few weeks ago when we originally went in, who told us then that it wouldn't be a problem. Completely irritated, I asked for a refund, without trying to work with us or anything to keep our business, the man said "yep no problem". That was that.... never again will I be back, which is too bad since the idea of the store is pretty cool, and the other guy we worked with was pretty cool. I'm not sure if it is poor communication between employees or what, but we will not be back. read more

Do not waste your money or time here. Spent $28 on a bullshit job that the manager supposedly had to send out over the weekend to their Sacramento shop because they had a better machine there. I sent them my .png files and he ensured me that they would be able to print the letters separately without the background given the fact that this design is across the female chest.Upon receiving my finished product I noticed that they did not do what was promised and my design was printed with a white background to make it look like the letters were separate. I tried the shirt on and heard and felt the entire design rip apart. I brought the shirt back to an employee and he informed me that they don't refunds no matter what. He requested that I leave it there with him so that he could forward my complaint with the manager. About an hour later the manager called and said they would do a refund if I had the receipt. I let him know the receipt was in the bag with the shirt that I left with the employee. They claimed they did not have the receipt and now I'm left with a shit job of my product that I cannot sell. This is actually my first time yelping so hopefully I'm commenting on the right T-shirt store in the Solano mall across from Ulta... Besides the T-shirts being way too overpriced I was going to go ahead and get one anyways. So I got to looking at designs and fonts for a memorial T-shirt after my fiancés passing. Mind you this store was not crowded with customers by any stretch of the imagination so it wasn't like there was a line out the door. My friend and I were the only customers interested in spending any amount of money in the store so we started looking at T-shirt designs and fonts to add to our T-shirts. When I wanted to look at all the different fonts they had available the guy was like "you've already been here 45 minutes".Not the words I wanted to hear when I was about to spend $60 on a T-shirt dedicated to the man I loved very much and just lost! So my friend and I left. The guy Had absolutely no customer service skills and was the biggest jerk I've ever dealt with. I'd hate to see the shirt he designs if he ever loses a loved one!He should hit up the nearest bookstore in the mall and buy a book of inspirational quotes, quit his job and stay home to read it before he ever works with the public again!
