If I could give no stars to this business, I would. They don't deserve any. There are negative reviews of Digital Stitchz for a reason. They provide such horrible customer service, I don't know how they manage to stay in business. I'm required to wear uniform shirts at my workplace. Digital Stitchz is the vendor my workplace uses. The week of July 21, 2025, I placed 2 orders at Digital Stitchz -1 for 5 shirts my work pays for, and 1 for 5 shirts I pay for, so I'd have enough shirts to wear to work. 2 weeks later, I received a text from Digital Stitchz saying my shirts were ready. From what I understand, 2 weeks is their usual turnaround time, so things were as expected. However, when I came in to pick up my shirts, they had only completed 1 order - 5 shirts work pays for, but not the shirts *I* was going to pay for. It was clear from their employee's reaction, they'd completely forgotten about my other order, hadn't even looked at the order form. He was surprised to see it in the folder along with my other order. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they got upset with me (mind you, this was THEIR error, not mine) and refused to apologize. I was given a vague answer that they'd "work on it," but it was clear they had no intention to rectify their error in a timely manner. They didn't care that they'd inconvenienced me, a paying customer. I waited another 2 weeks and didn't hear anything from Digital Stitchz. I then called the business to ask for a status report and their employee hung up on me. When I called back, the same thing happened with a different employee. She hung up on me. I was also told to "talk to my supervisor" about getting my order completed, even though these were shirts *I* was paying for, not my workplace. I discussed the issue with my workplace to let them know I was running out of shirts and Digital Stitchz had caused the screw up. My workplace called Digital Stitchz and couldn't get an apology or any offer to rectify the screw up either. They just gave another vague status report of "it will take 2 weeks." It had been nearly a month since I'd placed my order at that point and I was running out of shirts to wear. It was more clear than ever that Digital Stitchz doesn't care how they treat their paying customers or how their poor business practices inconvenience us. I waited another week and tried calling the business again. No one answered the phone and their voicemail box was full. I emailed the business through their website to ask for a status report and received a response the next day, claiming I was "harassing them" and needed to stop. I gave them another few days to cool off, sent an email through their website again, requesting a status report, and received another angry message claiming I was "harassing them," and was "being unprofessional." Keep in mind, the previous week, THEY hung up the phone on me. THEY screwed up my order, refused to apologize or fix it in a timely manner. And I'm the one being "unprofessional" by asking for a status report? Really?? When I stated those things in another email to the business, they promptly responded to say they were cancelling my order. They can apparently respond to an email within a few minutes, but refuse to spend any time issuing an apology or fixing their own screw up for a paying customer. So now I have no additional shirts that I'm required to wear to work. All I have is this social media platform to let others know to avoid this business at all costs. They don't deserve your money or your time. What they deserve is some stiff competition that knows how to treat their customers well, values our input and our money. Digital Stitchz clearly does not and doesn't deserve our patronage. read more

My husband and I had a great experience with this place. Great customers service with the staff.. We went to get my Son's last name on his jiu jitsu Gi. Turned out perfect. Colors were exactly what we were looking for and they had a large variety to shop se from. We dropped it off at 10am and it was ready by 1pm. They had told us it would take about a week to get it done and Barbra was able to get it done that same day. She explained that they had to go a little smaller in size because the size we requested originally would have been way too big on his small Gi. We were so pleased that we dropped off another 2 Gi's to get embroidered. read more

I went back they FORGOT and couldn't find my order. Then they said it would be the next day and I gave them 3 more days still not ready. Ordered two uniform items for my kid. Was told it would be about a week until it's ready. A week and a half goes by, haven't heard anything so I reach out. Person who answers the phone says they don't know what going on with the order, says they have to ask someone else. Call back and still no answer from the shop. Finally someone tells me part of the order is on back order two weeks after I placed the order. Asked to pick up part of order that they do have, and they say yes. While waiting for part of the order to be ready, I get a call both items are ready a couple days later. I figure great! Go in to pick up, they can't find the order. Finally finds it and they misspell the name on one of the two items. Lady first blames it on me and my handwriting, yet the name was done perfectly on the jacket. Then says it was dark and she can't see well...ok, what do I even say to that. I try to be patient because I know they are busy from looking at all of the orders all over the place. I ask if it can be fixed today as I have already been waiting weeks, she says yes but not soon because they have orders due now. Again, I have been waiting three weeks now. A few business days later the other item is ready. Go to pick it up, again they can't find it. Finally finds it and I'm thinking I'm glad the whole ordeal is over and I don't have to make another trip in. Get home only to find out it's the wrong hoodie! So fixated on the name being right, I missed the fact it wasn't even the right item. $113 and a month later, didn't even get the right items. I only ordered two things. Woman I spoke to about the second error did offer to make it right again, but at this point I don't have the time to keep waiting and stopping in. It's cold and my kid needs her uniform. I'm all for supporting small businesses, and as someone who works in retail and customer service, the lack of communication and follow through is just ridiculous. These uniforms are not cheap. Know what you can handle in volume of orders and do it right. The lack of organization and the constant back and forth with employees not knowing what is going on is frustrating. If I could give them negative stars I would. Find anywhere else but here for your custom clothing needs!! My family and I needed custom shirts made for a celebration of life. The owner was able to accommodate our quick turn around time which was great, she quoted us the total and I agreed. The day we go to pick up the shirts, I was not impressed by the quality of work but we let it be and went to pay. We paid what she quoted us and then she stops us on the way out stating she made a mistake and the actual total was about $500.00 more than what we agreed upon. We were frustrated by this but we needed the shirts and had no option at this time to go elsewhere so we paid the additional money. About 20 min after leaving the establishment the owner calls "asking" if we had took the cash back off of the counter that we had used to pay. I told her absolutely not and that if she misplaced the money then that had nothing to do with us. She goes on about how she never picked it up off the counter and that she had walked away briefly before we left the store and was accusing us of stealing it. While still on the phone, she finds it. Offers a quick apology. By this time, I was so angry and just hung up. This is by far my worst experience in my life at any business. I would never give these people another cent of my money and would never Recommend anybody else to either!! Update @ Barbara. My review is far from false and I never ever mentioned the date of this incident. You accused me of theft and now are calling me a liar!! The only positive out of my experience is that the item was made before the timeframe I was given. Was told my order was ready via text and a voicemail that was left. Got to the store, second in line to a customer already being helped. It's a small store I could overhear everything and see them standing. He was nothing but nice to her asking questions she gave rude responses to. I even saw her roll her eyes at him. So I went into my turn knowing she was nasty, so I greeted her with a warm "hello how are you" to which she responded "how can I help you" in the most "I'm tired of life" tone. Bad day or not, I know I'm not the first to complain about their customer service. Once I told her my name she not only responded rudely, she told me "are you sure? I don't see your order here" after glancing at a sheet. Wouldn't take my email confirmation as a method of proof, made me pull up the text that said it was ready. As if I would ever waste my time showing up to an item that wasn't there. The item was a simple zip up hoodie with a custom name (uniform) I'm forced to buy because this is the only store the school offers parents. Cheap no brand hoodie, not even professional looking embroidery (gaps in stitches) and cost me over $40. It's a shame the school only allows their company to order from because they're clearly annoyed with customers and don't appreciate their business. Update 9/28 in response to Barbara: I ordered online and the voicemail or text did not say to have the order # handy, so how am I to know what you wanted. But I could've been told that at the counter instead of giving the name and being told I was wrong. Also, your volume is high because you're the only company schools choose to go to, your store was disheveled and orders were in trash bags behind the counter for every customer to see. Which was incredibly disturbing to see. I can understand short staffed or whatever but maybe, just maybe if your company took the time to improve the overall customer experience you would find things would run a lot smoother. And if you cared about customers enough then make them feel like you do instead of allowing your employees to treat them disrespectfully. As far as the item and price, I wouldn't mind paying that price if the quality of the stitching was better. But even as I went to pick up the order I had to ask to verify the name that was cleverly being covered when accepting my order. I didn't even want to argue because what would have come of that anyways besides anger and no solution. read more

I do not like writing bad reviews but I am truly disappointed with the experience at this store. I purchased a letterman jacket for my son. After the jacket arrived from their supplier I viewed it in the store and immediately noticed on the white sleeves that there was a very clear brown/orange mark down the sleeve. I brought this to the attention of the lady at the store. And had to argue with her for the best part of ten minutes on something that was so obvious even her colleague saw it. She made a call and was told it was a chalk mark and informed how to correct it I go back into the store when the jacket was finally completed and there was the same mark again. She went into the back and came out with it not resolved. While it was lighter it was still noticeable. She showed little to no concern and just stood there. I asked for a discount as this was not satisfactory in which she replied well how much. I said $25, now keep in mind I paid almost $850. She said that was too much. So here's my review. The lady at the store has a complete lack of customer service skills (there were interactions at other times which demonstrated how clueless she was). Clearly it's acceptable to provide a sub-par product and that to her is no big deal. Hopefully I don't have to deal with her again and hopefully you don't either. read more

Very rude. I came in to pick up my sons uniform for school and was completely ignored, the person on the phone had more priority over me. She asked me "name" so I gave her my sons last name because that's what I had embroidered on his uniform, and she gave me attitude because I didn't give her mine. Maybe when asking for a name you should say something like "and what's your name?" Unfortunately this is the only place that I can get my sons uniform so I'm stuck giving my money to these ungrateful people. They are extremely over priced as well. read more

I went in to have my son's letterman jacket done. We create the jacket, and I pay the necessary deposit of a tad over 400 dollars. So during the time the jacket was complete, my brother passed unexpectedly, and my son's classmate/ best friend was tragically murdered on Easter. Barbara the manager text me on the day we bury my brother to say the jacket was ready. A few days later we bury my son's friend. Life happened and the thought of the jacket slipped my mind. I got an email about senior portraits so boom I remember the jacket. I go down to pick up the jacket. Now its been about a month. Barbara could not find said jacket. I show her the text. She yells at me, "Why didn't you pick up the jacket sooner...we were robbed and the jacket was one of the ones stolen". I asked why we weren't notified or called. I was told they don't keep records or know what's in the store she just knew unaccounted for jackets were missing but didn't know which ones. I find it hard to believe an establishment as established as this does not have a system to track product, especially with a computer sitting in plain site. Barb was unaccomodating,callous and almost showed no compassion. She offered to try and replicate the irreplaceable patches. She also refused to discount the jacket, which we know was covered under insurance if she was in fact robbed. I will not send anybody to the establishment. She is verbally abusive to the teens she employs, just overall nasty. I replaced the patches, had to call her because I gave her 3 weeks to redo the jacket. I call only to be asked if I brought in new patches, when they were brought in the day after the first encounter. Something is going on over there, and it doesn't sound right. read more

I needed a rush order done for a Christmas stocking I was rushing to make. I was charged $60 for the name on the top of the stocking and two very small words totaling 8 letters! First of all, the name isn't even centered on the stocking!! However, I hung an ornament ball to offset the huge mistake. Then you get to the TWO words... They were supposed to be centered in the middle not on the bottom. No worries, I can work with that... What I CAN'T work with are the letters being DIFFERENT SIZES!! On "DOOR" the Doo are the same size, the R is a larger size! The "PROS" has PR large size and OS is smaller!! For being a professional shop they did an awful job on something as easy as a stocking and charged an astronomical fee for a rush job that looked like it was done by an inexperienced beginner or a child!! If they are going to charge such high fees at least they could make it worth it by doing it correctly!! I highly recommend you pass up this shop! Rude customer service and absolutely horrible embroidery job!!! Extremely disappointed and upset at paying for a worthless job. This stocking cannot not be used for the person/business it was intended for, total loss of $99.00 for cost of carhart stocking and rush embroidery fees. They get one star for getting it finished so quickly, it definitely looks like it was done as fast as possible. read more

We have had nothing but problems with this company. We are required to use them and they never called when our uniforms were in, part of our order was missing, our belt broke after two months of use. They are not friendly over the phone and even worse the owner left her grandchild in their vehicle while she shopped in Walmart for a quick trip. Absolutely unacceptable.
