Came here when I did a BART trip to SF with a friend. The overall area is nice--nearby a suburban…read moreneighborhood--with lots of parking spots, both indoor and outdoor. The fact that there is a parking garage was a huge plus for me. The fee to park here is $3/day within the hours of 4am-3pm. Any time outside of those hours is free. Payment can be done through the BART app, where you will need to link your Clipper Card number and license plate number. This is to ensure that you actually entered BART and aren't abusing the parking spaces reserved for BART riders. When paying for your spot, you input the number you parked in (located on the ground of your parking space), add your payment info, and you're good to go! It should be a pretty smooth and speedy process. I parked on the far end of the parking garage, so walking to and from the BART entrance was a bit far, but it was definitely doable. Like all BART stations, this location is equipped with kiosks to add value to your Clipper Card. There are escalators that take you to the upper level which is where you enter the train car. The train car had a frequency of 15 minutes during the time we were there, so it came pretty fast. Once we got in we were on our way!

Be aware this is NOT a garage open 24-hours for hourly parkers. In April 2025 it closed in the…read moreevening (not sure when) and the parking ticket wouldn't open the doors to get into the building. I had to leave my car, come back the next day, and pay $90. If you google the hours, it will tell you 24-hours but that is apparently for monthly pass holders only. On the positive, the garage is clean and large.

This parking garage is only a block off of Clayton Road, near the Concord BART station. They have…read moreparking for monthly tenants and also guests who can pay by the hour. Two lanes of guest traffic flow into the garage and you take a ticket as you enter. The first time I pulled in, the ticketing machine on one guest side wasn't working and it took a few minutes for the car behind me to figure out that I had my reverse lights on for a reason. They gave me room to back out, then pulled up themselves to the broken machine instead of following me to the other side. Ha! Parking rates are really reasonable - $1/hr, and you can pay quickly with your credit card as you exit. Don't lose your ticket. (And perhaps you can ask for validation, depending on where you are going?) Guest parking has a lot of "compact spots" and our Altima is more of a mid-size car, but fits in the little spots pretty nicely as long as the surrounding cars aren't on the line (which they always seem to be). It's a convenient garage for visiting friends in the Bank of America corporate building, and a short walk to Todos Santos Plaza. The garage itself is really pretty on the outside with green vines decorating one side of the building. The stairs are clean and there are also elevators to move between floors. The doors are automatic so push the big button to walk out of the garage - but do NOT push on the doors themselves. (There are signs to remind you of the auto feature). And don't forget to pay attention to where you are when you park - it's a big garage with many levels.

I've known this mall for decades. I remember back in the day this place was packed all the time -…read moregreat stores, well run, great mall to go to. Hard to believe it's the same place. I don' t know if this mall is ever packed and it's not totally the mall's fault - buying stuff on line has really killed the brick-and-mortal stores in general and I get it. But holy smokes, the stores here - it's multiple variations of the same crap stores. Who buys this stuff? There are some stores that I absolutely cannot believe make enough money to stay open. They have to pay rent and employee salaries and make some sort of profit and you wonder how it's possible. If you go here and look around, you'll know what stores I'm talking about. I was walking around here yesterday was just amazed at the absolute garbage stores. One "kitsch" store (and there are many) proudly displayed some poster about "stupid people" by its entrance that you could buy - for people to buy to make fun of stupid people - yet literally the only people who would buy this are the people it makes fun of. And you can't walk into these stores because the second you do the employee is on you. Like Blockbuster where every employee had to greet you and see if you need anything. I just want to look around without being bothered but it's not possible in these stores. They have so little people in them, when an employee does get someone they hover. You do still have some good stores - Macys of course, an old standby with good stuff - you can't go wrong with a Macys. Even JC Penneys is still here (I didn't even know they were still around). The Sears finally went out and to no one's surprise, they couldn't care less about that store for years now. I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did. And the clientele walking around. You have your people of all ages and races which you want to see. California is represented well at this mall and I like that. And of course your thugs always wasting time walking around - disturbs me seeing these guys. I guess the mall can't do anything about them but yeah, they're here. On the plus side, the mall is super clean. I'd like to hope that this mall, one of the malls I've been to for decades will still be around for a long time but honestly, if this thing still exists in three years I'd be shocked.
