    2018 Ford F150 Shelby Baja Raptor, one of a kind!!

    So I hate to break it to you all, but we recently bought the coolest car/truck that has or probably ever will grace the grounds of the earth, let alone the Walnut Creek Ford. A 2018 Ford Shelby Raptor Baja F150. So you're all out of luck, you will not find it again (there were only 500 total of them made). But our experience purchasing the truck of our dreams couldn't have been better. We first started working with Enrique from the beginning and he was very cordial, professional, polite, and let me say, not pushy at all!! If you are like us, we don't want to be bullied, pushed around or pressured going into a car dealership. We truly want to ask questions, look around, and be treated with respect and professionalism. This is what we got every time with Enrique. We went back and forth, texting with Enrique, discussing different price points and negotiations. When we had questions that he didn't know how to answer, he would discuss it with the manager, Cary, who we ended up working with quite a bit as well. Let me say, Cary is wonderful! You know working with him that he is always being honest and giving you the absolute best deal possible. He even said, that giving us the deal he was giving, the dealership was not making much money from it at all, and he showed us how much they were making, and it really was only like a little over $1k. Cary was again, always patient and sat down with us and our 100 questions. We never felt like they were getting sick of our indecisiveness or uncertainty. We ended up asking for a few things to be fixed on the truck and they were happy to accommodate. We are so happy with our truck, we get compliments about it basically everywhere we go, and it is such a great vehicle. Seeing as how we have a Mach E as our other car, I guess we're Ford people now! And we will be coming back here whenever we need to. We have also had great experiences with the service department of Ford. Ron is the guy who is always assigned our service, I'm not sure if we are just lucky or if that is because he will always get us from now on. But it is so helpful and down to earth. He always making sure we get a rental because with my husband's occupation, we cannot go any days without a car. The woman who helped us in the service department, I think she was a manager or supervisor, and unfortunately I am not sure of her name, but I think it was Rachel! She was so over the top helpful when the service department dinged our car during maintenance. She made sure we were taken care of. It is because of all this superb customer service that we will be coming back time and time again!

    There probably aren't too many dealerships in the country with a positive overall yelp rating. Walnut Creek Ford absolutely delivered on the expectation that lays out. I'm thankful for Omar and the entire team that worked with me on the purchase of my new Ford Lightning today. There was no deception whatsoever, everything was incredibly straightforward and it was a pleasure to do business with them. I will likely come here for maintenance throughout the life of my new truck, even if it is a bit out of the way.

No probllem as i had done this 50 plus sets before. Well, the normal loop kind it turns out. This 2015 Ford Explorer had a metal nub on the end after I broke off a piece of plastic. I was in Ut-Oh land thinking I broke something. I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out as the rain increased by the minute. Off to Monument with much hope. Deborah, greeted me with a smile as I entered. I said I HOPE you can help. I explained the mid-evil wiper control arm. She removed the normal car install loop part and installed an entire new insert, and pulled out a part of that insert and quietly said its was ready for instal. I was still doubtful of this witchcraft and a happy ending. Deborah came outside and installed the first one explaining each step. She might as well had been speaking Swahili and I would've understood better. Luckily, seeing me deer in the headlight confusion, she also installed the second one. I had bought nothing from the store and she treated me like a Monument highroller. Excellent/outstanding customer service from her. I was beyond fortunate that she had the patience and knowledge to solve my Rubiks cube. This will be my go to place no doubt in the future. ( I'll call first and ask Deborah is working :)). Thank you Deborah for all your help you made me and my Unknowing client very happy. Deborah- 10 out of 10 stars!

There are lots of…read morebusinesses here for cars in the vicinity: ELease Returns, Gold Coin Car Wash, Wheel Works, America Tires, Oil Changers, and O'Reilly just to name a few. I made a quick stop to replace some windshield wipers, with the rainy season coming. One of my wipers had the rubber layer come loose so it was like a wet noodle flying around. The nice clerk at Monument helped me pick out the right sized wipers based on my car model and then helped teach me how to replace them. It was much easier than I thought - I am normally not handy around cars and its important to get wipers installed correctly. Safety first, right? 5 stars for excellent service that's friendly and quick. I was in and out in like 5 mins with brand new wipers!

She kept her cool under pressure and was very helpful, knowledgeable and down to earth. There was a very long line of people when I came to pick up my car. One "Karen" ignored the line and berated Candace about a service issue that resulted in her having to go to Big O Tires. Candace handled this person like a complete pro. Kept her cool and allowed the customer to vent and storm off. There was no way to the customer's irrational anger, Candace remained the perfect balance of listening but staying on task with the customer she had been helping. More people like her, please!

I had an appointment, but when I arrived, I was told they were backed up -- so that meant a long wait. After the diagnostic, the service advisor told me the compressor was bad. He even double-checked with the technician to confirm that the relays and fuses had been tested, and the technician said they were good. Fast forward -- I took the vehicle to another shop to have the compressor replaced. After installation, the A/C still didn't work. I mentioned what Pep Boys had said and asked if we could do some basic troubleshooting. Within minutes, we found a bad relay -- something that should have been tested immediately. A quick test, the technican could have easily done was I swapped the A/C relay with the fuel system relay right next to it, and sure enough, the compressor came on and the engine died 10 seconds later. Extremely frustrating experience. A simple, basic test was completely missed, leading to unnecessary expense and wasted time. Friendly people, but I won't be trusting them with diagnostics or servicing any of my vehicles.

Yes, I have triple AAA but there cost was well over $300 for my battery and installation. The store itself is pretty small, the battery selection was not that great and the shelves looked a bit empty. Definitely smells like an auto store. I was able to go on to their website and find the battery I needed at the right price. The cost was about $175 with a $20 deposit fee that was returned when I gave them my old battery. Since ordering it online, I thought it would be quicker. When I went to go pick it up, there was a mishap and it took the poor employee forever to find it. He went back in to the warehouse and looked for it, talked to other employees, and come to find out. It was on the shelf of the store..... I could have pulled it. Anyways, don't expect much. Come here for your car parts and leave. They definitely do not have any special parts you may need. They did advise me to head over to the dealership as it may be the only way to get this piece. Thanked him for the advice! There are a bunch of teenagers that work there so I'm not sure how knowledgeable they are about cars. But I can always be wrong.
