I just purchased my furnace less than a year ago and it quit working on one of the hottest days in Salt Lake. I called for service on Friday and was told that the soonest they would be able to get someone out would be Monday. Leaving me to either have to spend additional money that should be covered under warranty or wait until Monday with temperatures expected to be over 100 all weekend. Incredibly horrible customer service. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone as they will leave you to fend for yourself after giving them thousands of dollars for a new unit.

Cut sheet metal on top of our brand new floors. They let a ton of grime and dirt fall through the ceiling without placing any drop cloths down. When they walked away from the job, I had to call them to notify them they had inadvertently broken my heating. At first they thought it was a wire that wasn't installed (partially true), but they had also somehow blown some sort of sensor which caused all of my heat to be non-functional. While they did try to fix the problem, they didn't accept responsibility and proceeded to charge me for the troubleshooting time. I understand the heat issue was in a gray area where it could have / could not have been their fault, but the reality is: heat worked before they arrived, and did not when they left. Charging $200 on top of a $8000 install seems nickel and dimey at best when the customer was without heat and had to point that out to the crew. Oh yeah, and I ended up having to call *another* heating company to have *them* fix our furnace.

I called True Pros on at 8am on Sunday, fully expecting them to not get back to us until Tuesday. 15 minutes later, I get a text from the business owner (Katy) letting me know that she's asked for volunteers to come out and rescue us. Within the hour, James called and asked for more details and let us know he was on his way. He came out, confirmed our AC's time of death, and arranged for Rich to come out and provide estimates for a replacement. Rich was here (again, within half an hour) to measure the house and provide us with a few options to choose from. Since I had to be away for an appointment and my husband had been supervising the visit, Rich texted me to make sure I got the quotes and answered my questions quickly and efficiently. We made our decision within the hour and the team bent over backwards to make time to install it on Tuesday. Corbin and Jesse showed up right on time today and worked through lunch to get our new AC system up and running. They were efficient, friendly, and very helpful. The AC is working fabulously and everyone (including our cat) is so grateful not to be living in a sweat box anymore. I love True Pros! They're fast, communicative, and fairly priced.
