They were responsive and a tech came out within a day or two. It turns out the water was due more to my drain hose and had nothing to do with the equipment. The tech then ran through my entire softener to make sure it was operating correctly and left. No charge, although I'd have gladly paid for a service call. Sharp is a top-notch company.
