He made the decision independently without consulting me. Prior we had done a full walk around and agreed to the work that was to be done. Of course even though he did less work not what we agreed to he still charged me the same. The front of the truck that was included in the job he forgot to do. The front bumper looks terrible it's bubbled and the work was executed very poorly he had to splice sections in to finish it. He said it would be covered under warranty and admitted. He doesn't have the skills to fix it and was going to have someone else do it. Which he never did. I've been harassing him for over a year and a half to no avail. Now I'm going to have to pay twice as much to have a reputable company correct his mistakes and finish the job. Everywhere he cut the film went straight through the paint and primer into the steel. Which will be very costly to have repaired. My advice to anyone wanting to have something done by him Don't. Save yourself a lot of time, money and aggravation. If I would've read his reviews first I would've never made this mistake because there's plenty of other customers very unhappy.

Now I know why, these guys are fast, efficient, and professional. You have a full range of shades to choose from, and they can tell you what shade you already have so you don't accidentally repeat if you're planning on lighter or darker. They knocked out my Mazda in less than 45 minutes without taking any shortcuts. They properly removed the old factory tint, cleaned and degreased the glass, and measured, cut, and applied the new tint at the perfect shade.
