Even though the email said Corolla Cross L, they still thought it was a Corolla. They quoted us accidentally $100 than what the price was but knocked off money as a sorry for the wrong quote which I loved. The down side was the mess after. It was clean when it was dropped off, but you'll see on my photo the whole side was stained with what they spray on the tint to make it stick. Zoom in to see how dirty they delivered it. It would have been amazing if they delivered it the way we dropped it off. The worst part was they left scrap tint on my hood and left it outside like that leaving a stain on the hood. I took it straight to the garage and said you left this on my hood. Overall, looks nice tinted, but leaving tint scrap on the car hood and not cleaning up what stain or mess you made is very disappointing. I actually do feel bad leaving a bad review. I didn't notice the mess and trash until after we paid and was about to leave. As I mentioned, I shouldn't have to clean the car that was already clean and pick up their trash left on my car that was sticking to it and staining it.

They installed the wrong film twice during the warranty process and tried to say the tint was "old," when it was actually the wrong product. Most recently, the tint was redone again this weekend, and within just a few days the driver-side window is already peeling (see photos). They kept my car all day and had me pick it up after hours when it was dark, making it difficult to properly inspect the work. What was most concerning was a racial comment made to me when I was leaving. The owner said that "Black guys have pulled a gun on him before" and implied he thought I might do the same. That was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. I recommend reading the Yelp and negative Google reviews before trusting this business with your vehicle.

I have literally been to all 3 of his locations, from Affinity to both Colerain locations. Mike the owner has always been friendly, but hard to get a hold of at times, and nothing really happens on time, particularly bodywork. But the prices were good for decent quality work. I got a new truck and wanted to get the windows tinted. I called earlier in the day and made an appointment. I get there, tell Mike why I'm here and he tells me I need to make an appointment. I tell him I have one, and he tells me he is running behind and it'll be atleast an hour wait before he can get to me. I told him that wasn't possible and I made an appointment to prevent this. He was apologetic but had no solution. I wasted 90 minutes driving here and back home. This new location didn't appear to have any waiting area, let alone ample parking. Maybe business is so good that organization and scheduling is slipping through the cracks? Either way, I will no longer return. I've had great service in the past. I WAS a repeat customer, but no more.
