The area is very conveniently located to the airport and a few casinos, one of which we attended a concert at. Lots of grocery shopping and restaurants around. We found the room to be comfortable, clean, and in good condition overall. We didn't experience much in the way of noise from the connecting suite. It's possible you could end up with some loud neighbors which might affect your stay. The walls did seem a bit thin. It was nice having a full kitchen so that you could make food in the room if you wanted. My only possible negative is that the refrigerator/freezer didnt have an ice maker, nor was there an ice machine on the property. The staff were friendly. I dont really have too much else to say. I would stay there again if I were in the area.

We were tired and decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. So glad we did, got seated just before happy hour ended. I got two glasses of Pinot Gri, and my husband had a double shot of gin with tonic. They had a nice appetizer list so we shared quesadillas and shrimp tacos. Everything was very tasty. Our server was Jennifer, she had the whole place to take care of. But she was on it never skipping a beat. I guess you never know how many people are gonna show up for the night.

The seems to be very little insulation between the rooms. My first night I had a neighboring room playing their tv quite loudly until almost 11 pm. I didn't complain because I wasn't ready for bed yet. The second night and the next morning I heard conversations from another room. I couldn't make out the words but the voices were heard. They weren't yelling, but they were not whispering either. Also, my bathtub fixtures were loose. When I pulled on the spout stopper to activate the shower, the whole thing (water on/off and spout) moved so much I was afraid it would pull out of the wall! The bathtub drained very slowly as well. I was standing in 2 or 3 inches of water while showering. Those are my only complaints for my stay. The bed was comfortable, the tv was nice, the ac/heater worked perfectly, and the room was clean and neat.

The rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet...and, everything works. Hot showers, excellent AC, and the beds are some of the most comfortable ones on which we've slept in a lodging outside of our home. Their breakfast spread (0600-0900) is fantastic! Consistently well stocked, excellent selection, and it's fresh. Hats off to Crystal for keeping it stocked, clean, and for being a friendly face first thing in the morning. Clean pool, hot tub is hot...can't beat it! Fresh cookies in the evening were a VERY nice touch too...the kids were happy! You get what you pay for. You will pay more for this place, and it's so worth it. We will be staying again the next time we need a place to stay in Spokane!

This hotel house to be nice and clean, it is now ran down and disgusting. It is independently owned and it shows. We did not feel safe during our stay, after settling in to our room we were alerted by a woman beating on another rooms door yelling profanity for about 10 minutes. I tried calling the front desk and security but could not get anyone to answer. By the time we got someone the lady was either in the room or left. The snack bar is all Costco items that are marked up ridiculously, the water I posted cost $3.50. They have you trapped & they know it. I honestly would have been better ordering water via Uber eats or DoorDash. It was late, we were tired and just wanted something to drink. The clerk even said well at the airport this would have costed you $6, well at the airport it would have been Smart Water and 1 liter. I posted photos but they don't really show all of the grim and lack of upkeep.

Minor issues: the toilet needed to be anchored better, and the water in the sink and shower drained very slow. It appears to be a plumbing problem. The "hot breakfast" was just okay, basically tasteless cooked early stuff with thin greasy bacon. Needs improvement. We like the location as the freeway provides easy access to all of Spokane without dealing with city traffic.
