The area is very conveniently located to the airport and a few casinos, one of which we attended a concert at. Lots of grocery shopping and restaurants around. We found the room to be comfortable, clean, and in good condition overall. We didn't experience much in the way of noise from the connecting suite. It's possible you could end up with some loud neighbors which might affect your stay. The walls did seem a bit thin. It was nice having a full kitchen so that you could make food in the room if you wanted. My only possible negative is that the refrigerator/freezer didnt have an ice maker, nor was there an ice machine on the property. The staff were friendly. I dont really have too much else to say. I would stay there again if I were in the area.

We were tired and decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. So glad we did, got seated just before happy hour ended. I got two glasses of Pinot Gri, and my husband had a double shot of gin with tonic. They had a nice appetizer list so we shared quesadillas and shrimp tacos. Everything was very tasty. Our server was Jennifer, she had the whole place to take care of. But she was on it never skipping a beat. I guess you never know how many people are gonna show up for the night.

The seems to be very little insulation between the rooms. My first night I had a neighboring room playing their tv quite loudly until almost 11 pm. I didn't complain because I wasn't ready for bed yet. The second night and the next morning I heard conversations from another room. I couldn't make out the words but the voices were heard. They weren't yelling, but they were not whispering either. Also, my bathtub fixtures were loose. When I pulled on the spout stopper to activate the shower, the whole thing (water on/off and spout) moved so much I was afraid it would pull out of the wall! The bathtub drained very slowly as well. I was standing in 2 or 3 inches of water while showering. Those are my only complaints for my stay. The bed was comfortable, the tv was nice, the ac/heater worked perfectly, and the room was clean and neat.

Consistently well stocked, excellent selection, and it's fresh. Hats off to Crystal for keeping it stocked, clean, and for being a friendly face first thing in the morning. Clean pool, hot tub is hot...can't beat it! Fresh cookies in the evening were a VERY nice touch too...the kids were happy! You get what you pay for. That hotel was $100 more last time I stayed and they could not be bothered to have a grab and go breakfast for my very very early flight. This hotel has early early grab and go breakfasts. They also were shuttling people to a local restaurant off property. Their snacks are actually REASONABLY priced. They have a pool table too. Of course there is breakfast and it was good and fresh. Very comfy, convenient, pleasant, and a good value. I will be back.

We like the location as the freeway provides easy access to all of Spokane without dealing with city traffic.

The room was clean, spacious, comfortable. The bed is really comfortable, I slept great! I really appreciated how quiet it was here, being so close to the airport and highway. I didn't hear any traffic noise or air traffic. The shower has a partition instead of a door, I was a little worried that water would get all over the floor, but that wasn't an issue. The showerhead is a rainwater style and was really nice! Water stays nice and hot!!! The only downside was that the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty, but that is ok, as I had my own. Family stopped by to drop off items I left at their house and even they noticed how nice this hotel is compared to other Best Westerns that they have worked at. My niece enjoyed jumping on the bed for a few minutes!!! I would definitely stay here again.
