I waited at the register and Khailee came in soon after obviously upset that I wasn't outside waiting?? Her attitude was dismissive, she knew nothing about the mowers, or about delivery information, and told me all the information was online, where I had looked before I came in. Plain and simple she was not very helpful or even nice. Just bought the same mower from Brim Tractor in Lynden today, where they were very helpful, knew their product, and were nice. Don't recall the names of the colleague I approached May 8th around midday. The young woman could not have been bothered - she's being paid for doing nothing. One of two people in the central service area of the store - when I asked about two products she simply pointed and said outside while barely making eye contact. There were all of five people shopping - she had ample time to ask me if she could assist in finding items I requested. I roamed around outside for ten minutes with no luck. Is unfortunate the friendly colleagues at Ace Hardware suggested I make a trip to TS. In Ace I was greeted and shown to the items I needed and even got extra help at the cash register. I have no problem being a 'do it yourself' shopper. I do have a problem with businesses paying their associates for doing nothing. Second thought TS associates working here are so unmotivated for what they've been hired to do I don't think any amount of training would improve the situation.

I also like this particular store because it has my size of shoe which is size 5 and nearly impossible to finds anywhere. I was able to pick up some lovely black tall boots as well as tan winter waterproof snow boots. They also had a crazy buy one get the second half off sale so that was fun. When I did interact with an employee at check out it was easy peasy, and the cashier was super nice. Just like a lot of the other stores in Bellis Fair Mall they are not crowded for some reason, even with the holiday season coming up.

All you have to do is let them know when you leave home using the app. They follow you using GPS and meet you on the store parking lot. +Refrigerated food has been added to their pick-up services (in store and curbside). +No minimum purchase (if I'm not mistaken) +Long store hours CONS -App only: Drive-up pickup is only available on the app. -Excluded items: There are quite a few things that are not available for pickup, such as alcohol and things that people panic buy, such as toilet paper. RE: App -I like doing online shopping on my computer, but drive-up pickup is only available on the app. You could use your computer to put things in the cart and purchase them on the app, but you would have to change the pickup method to drive-up on the app. You need to do this one item at a time! RE: Special Offers They are very clear but not all special offers are available for Target pickup. Conclusions Because what I can pick up from Target is limited, I still have to stop at other places like Whole Foods. At that time Labels got a 5-star review from me... Under new ownership, there has been a shift in employee base. Yesterday my mother-in-law and I experienced TERRIBLE customer service from an employee. She seemed bothered that she had to check us out. No small talk or smile. I asked her a simple question, and it must have been out of her "script" because I got a long blank stare and then a condescending tone. A couple of other times shopping there the customer service was "lackluster" at best but not outright rude like this one incident. Other than this one bad experience I will come back. The good outweigh the bad.
