This practice texted to confirm my appointment 48 hours before, and I responded at 24 hours before to confirm my appointment... After receiving a voicemail 45 minutes earlier to confirm. THEY GAVE AWAY MY APPOINTMENT... AND WOULD NOT ACCEPT MY APPOINTMENT. It's standard practice anywhere else to accept confirmation of appointments certainly at the 24 hour mark before scheduled. Not here. They will give away your appointment. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated with any decency and common sense. Terrible business practice.

The nurses Elisha and Sharon were so nice as well, they explained step by step what we were doing, especially during the WAVi scan (a very cool tool they use to monitor your brain activity that was a lot of fun). And then Kristin at checkout was sooo helpful explaining to me all the next steps and answering all my questions. They also do iv therapy, massage therapy and much more, can't wait to go back!
