They didn't bother to greet us as they just stayed planted at their two desks. When my husband inquired about one of the pedestal sinks, one of the women slunk over, told us the size options and then just walked off. We stayed a few minutes longer but left as it was clear they were not interested in making a sale that day. I guess this company has all the business they need for now. We won't be back.

They do have a wonderful selection and some items we would haven't considered had we not stopped in. We picked out some items which we have now taken delivery on. While we were there, we were interested in some higher end items like a steam shower and one of those fancy toilets with a heated seat, automatic everything, and lights. We were told we would be emailed more information on the steam shower. Never got it. I called to check on the email. Told it would be sent shortly; still never got it. We checked spam/junk folders - nope. No communication about order status or follow up from sales person asking if we had questions. I walk in to ask for an order update and 1 piece had been previously delivered to the store and the 2nd had arrived that day. Again, no communication items had been received. I ask for previous email to be sent to my email for review and emphasize that IF we were going to invest in a steam shower we would have to order asap as the shower is currently demoed. AGAIN NO email. I did consider staying until I received the infamous email, but thought I was overreacting. So much for buying local. Bottom line: Great selection. 2 stars Horrendous customer service! 0 stars

I sent multiple emails requesting additional supplies, but unfortunately did not receive a response. I also attempted to contact him by phone, but my calls were not returned. Due to the lack of communication, I had to drive to the showroom several times to reach him in person, which is over a 45-minute drive for me. Eventually, I was able to obtain all of the materials needed for my projects. Overall, Ken did assist with selecting the fixtures for my projects, which is part of his role. However, improved communication, responsiveness, and a more welcoming customer service approach would greatly enhance the experience for future customers.

I definitely don't recommend them unless you want to stay on top of them and basically wait around for promises they won't keep. This is the same company opening in Orlando.

We were looking to replace our old standalone gas grill. After reviewing the web, while searching for a local dealer, I stumbled onto the SOLEIC showroom. Seeing the full kitchen samples, our project took a sharp turn upwards into an outdoor kitchen. First thing that Ryan (owner David Waring's assistant) told me that he will do better than the best web price for the grill. Helped me to design the cabinets to hold the grill and the burner in the space that we have. Provided me the flexibility to use my own granite vendor. I appreciated their flexible and no pressure sales strategy. David's service to install and deliver the kitchen was OUTSTANDING (really cool and pleasant guy). David went ahead and made changes to the granite needed to properly install the side burner, for which he could have asked me to bring back my granite person (would have added annoyance and delays). David and his installer assistant (Mark) were punctual and have always kept the work site clean. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience for us. Now the outdoor kitchen looks so good that we do not want to cook on it :-). read more

I was referred to Soleic by a friend. I upgraded a small natural gas grill to a Delta 26 in Nov 2016. Although the initial quote was a bit higher than other quotes I received, I selected Soleic b/c I believed the quality of their products to be superior and I appreciated Dave's and Ryan's attention to detail during the quotation process (they gave me a very good understanding of what I would be buying). They had a very reasonable payment program. After I chose Soleic, Ryan helped me select the best cabinet and granite for my project and Dave handled the install phase -- both of these guys were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They also were very responsive to emails and phone calls during the project scheduling phase. After the grill was installed, Dave showed me how to use what I bought, which was also very helpful. The actual end-to-end project timeline was approximately 14 days. Im very very happy with the outcome of my project. Im very happy that I chose Soleic. And Im very happy to recommend Soleic without any reservation whatsoever. read more

Our Soleic experience was exceptional! I would not hesitate to recommend Soleic Outdoor Kitchens to anyone including my family and friends. Our entire experience beginning with the design and ending with the installation of our outdoor kitchen was easy and a pleasure. Dave Waring, the owner, provided us with outstanding customer service throughout the entire project. He worked closely with us as we laid out our kitchen and selected the location for the future home of our minimax and large Big Green Eggs. He was involved during construction and made sure that we were satisfied with our kitchen when it was finished. Why did we select Soleic Outdoor Kitchens? The cabinets themselves are maintenance free. They look terrific. The HDPE material will outlast all other cabinet materials. The whole experience was great! Ryan and Dave took care of everything. Ryan provided all the information we needed to make a decision on the cabinets , grill sink and refrigerator. He followed up with us, and once we made our decisions with his help, he provided an itemized fully installed price. The installation process was perfect too. Dave took the time to field measure the kitchen, and when it was time to install the kitchen it happened efficiently. The cabinets and refrigerator one day, the granite counter the next and finally the sink and the grill. All the products are awesome, we bought the Delta grill, and the Lynx refrigerator. This kitchen will be enjoyed for years. If you are installing an outdoor kitchen in Tampa Bay, you must visit Dave and Ryan at Soleic Kitchen you will be glad you did!!! read more

I had to replace my outdoor kitchen as it was over 20 years old and falling apart from the Florida weather. Had heard great things about Soleic from a friend and I had Dave Waring (owner) come out and give me an estimate. He explained about how the material they use can withstand the Florida weather so I went with them instead of the other two companies I had come out. From the beginning Dave and his team were punctual and professional. The installation was seamless and Dave oversaw the entire process which was reassuring. Can't say enough good things about the finished product and I get compliments from my friends and family constantly about how much better our patio looks. Soleic Outdoor Kitchen is the best for outdoor kitchen. Dave , Ryan and Mark are the easiest to work with. It takes about 1 day for Ryan to get 3d drawing estimate email to me , and only take 2 full days for complete installation. We worked with Rey to accomplish our needs - on our way in we met another couple who were coming out, and they recommended Rey highly, that this was their 2nd order from KB / Rey. I mentioned this to him when he did come to inspect the seam, which he said was because of the design, which is not true at all. He said he gets so many calls/texts it is difficult to answer them all. We love the countertops, just wanted a couple of things fixed or explained. Good products, great salesman, not so good at follow up after completion.

I could not recommend this company for counter tops. The first time I used them they made a mistake…read morein cutting the counter tops and told me it was my fault for not removing the wall correctly. It was not my fault and I had a witness from when the measurements were done who saw where the wall was to be removed and the witness removed the wall. W.E. Int. cut down the wall and redid a floor tile to make the counter fit even though they would not admit it was their mistake. Last year due to a family member's health issue in the middle of a remodel I decided I give them a second chance to do bathroom counter top and new thresholds for showers. First they wanted to bill me for 2 counter tops instead of one. My paper work says the product is quartz and when I contacted them to say the countertop was damaged I was told it was quarzite. I was told they would never have told me it was quartz. Well in fact they did and my receipt says the same thing. The backsplash was most likely broken in front of my house because of the amount of time they spent outside with it. They glued it together and just installed without saying anything to me. I was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about and felt as if I was treated different because I am a female. I asked a couple of times for corrected paperwork with at least the correct name of the product used. To date never received it the corrected paperwork and this was almost a year ago.
