The listing on VRBO stated there was a hot tub, there is not. They blamed VRBO and said that has been on the listing for 5 years and no one ever brought it up before. The condo was dirty and damaged. Clean but the corrosion, rust, scratches, dents, cracks, and general wear made it very low rent. You could sand the bottom of a boat with the towels and the linens were as thin as toilet paper. The electronic door pad failed. Brendan came out with a locksmith and after three hours, got it sorted. We made the trip because we thought we might buy a unit at Ocean Villa - not happening. Nor will we rent here again - this place is ROUGH! We'll rent from Vacasa again but not here. Brendan gets five stars, Ocean Villa gets two. It would only be one but the view is wonderful.

We are from Destin florida so we are not tourist/newbies to the Florida experience therefore we knew where to find the perfect "spot" for our wedding week. The area right around the property is less populated offering a little privacy, not dozens of people walking down sidewalks constantly. Just 3-5 minutes down the road shopping & grocery stores are available, liquor stores, gas stations. The beach view from tanlines was stunning, sunrises/sunsets were stunning. The home itself was spacious, allowing all of our guest their own little area to relax. The kitchen supplied all of the utensils we needed for cooking & grilling on the egg. The coffee pot being an old school drip was GREAT, my parents prefer that type of pot. The coffee pot in the kitchen upstairs and down stairs both leak and need replacing with the SAME STYLE PLEASE but also adding a keurig would be a nice touch too for us pod users! The living room area on the 2nd main floor is rather small but we love the open floor plan and the fact that the pool is located on this floor along with the kitchen and a master bedroom that we gave to my parents since we did not want them using stairs!!! I wish their was more seating for guest to all sit in the main living room area together but we made it work. Be aware that the sliding door leading to the pool is super annoying, before you slide the door you must push the button which is oddly located to the far left of the door, upon entry and exit the button must be pushed or this SQUEALING ALARM goes off after about 30 seconds BUT that is required per florida law, it's a valuable safety feature if you have small children, thankfully we had no children attending. We absolutely plan to stay at this property again, so please not than none of my stated "complaints" are sincere complaints simply listed information for anyone to consider. Holiday beach rentals (property management) was absolutely awesome, attentive, responsive as well as friendly and professional. We had a magical wedding week and this property was overall perfectly suited for our needs! A very cozy space. Clean bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen.. Linens were fresh and all supplied with a roll of toilet tissue and travel size hand soaps. DON'T FORGET to bring your beach towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels and a few extra dishwashing pods or dish detergent. Show up and there is a new four story house that is being builtg built obviously for several months next door. They still show the house with an empty lot next door. This is an absolutely great place to vacation or spend some time with friends, family or…read moresignificant other. The property is kept very clean and security are on top of things. Quiet time is from 10 to 10. The nice things about it, is there are more owners than weekly rentals. So don't have all the traffic and congestion. The pools are not overcrowded and the pool deck always has chairs available. The beach access is nice as well it is not over crowded and kept clean. The location is past all the congestion of the strip, and it is easy to get on any road and go. Pier Park with traffic was 20 mins on 98. A few notes, they don't have programs to entertain kids, there are kids but they are few younger ones. There is only 3 units per floor, which is nice. They are all big and most rooms windows face the gulf! Overall this is a great property for beach time fun with out too much of the touristy mess the other properties on the strip bring!

Despite being an unnecessary and extra request, they were totally understanding and drafted a written arrangement that put me at ease. Once I identified the property, an offer was ready within hours. When I asked for modifications, the turnaround was same-day. They were also very friendly and pleasant to speak with. Alice provided timely and useful info on the uniqueness of this property, being a condo and typical investment property, whereas I was planning to treat it as a primary. They also had a local lender to recommend. Ultimately, the seller wanted more money than I was willing to pay, and I had some issues with financing, so I walked from the deal. The end result is that even though they didn't make a penny from me, they still gave me excellent service and attention. The rental company used to be 360 Blue. They were acquired by Natural Retreats, an acquisition not so good for consumers! For the first time ever, we needed to cancel our reservation. WARNING to anyone booking a rental - the non-refundable booking fee is outrageous and obscene. It's so bad, that I will look for other rental agencies in the future and carefully check their contracts. We are still 100+ days from the intended vacation, so charging big dollar cancellation fees seems ridiculous. Beware!!

I wait at least 3-5 days to write a review to check my own mood, hunger, fatigue, but nope it was just bad vibes from all the employees and Betsy takes the cake! People work hard to save for vacation and want to enjoy with a simple hello, to be helped if needed, but nope. We knew we weren't in Texas anymore with the hospitality at Regency Towers and the sad part is you really shouldn't even need much assistance.
