It leaked and he came out to fix it, but when we notified him that it still leaked, he wouldn't return our texts. Harry does have a talent for design; his vision for a project is great. But, he does not answer his…read morecalls, or reply to voicemail or texts until several days after they were sent. He also does not guarantee any of his work. He found a leak in my waterfall liner, and renovated the entire waterfall, with the repair. The new system looks great! When I asked about a new and improved pump, he made his suggestion, and I replaced the pump. When the pond was requiring me to fill it 3 times a day, I called Harry to come and fix what was wrong, and he actually blamed me for the waterfall leaking so badly, that it was losing hundreds of gallons daily. After asking him to come out several times, he finally agreed that he would....I'm still waiting. NEVER HIRE HARRY!!! He is not dependable, and does not back his work in any way.
