I LOVE People's Integrative Medicine. I met Danielle a little over 6 months ago and we've worked on a number of trouble spots on my body with trigger point acupuncture. I have been astonished by the incredible results, my body seems to respond wonderfully to this type of needling. However it wasn't until a recent series of unfortunate happenings with some serious back to back dental problems which threw off my entire bone structure in my jaw. This happened back in March 2020 and left my in agonizing jaw pain accompanied by almost daily migraines. I was beside myself and it made performing routine life tasks unbearable. It became about surviving the day with horrendous jaw, face pain sand serious headaches/migraines. Danielle and I started working together weekly on my jaw with trigger point acupuncture. Danielle is AMAZING! Each week we tackled little by little to keep the severity of my symptoms at bay and in just a matter of several weeks she was able to almost completely eliminate all of my jaw/head pain and discomfort. I went to see Lishanna for the pain in my ribcage after a surfing accident, where the board collided over my ribcage. Lishanna helped me a lot. The day after the first session, the pain and the inflammation had reduced by more than 50%. 2 weeks later I went in for a second session to treat the residual pain in the frontal area of the ribcage and it was great again. FINALLY PAIN FREE! Background: I have suffered chronic, unrelenting upper abdominal pain for 2+ years. Thought to be pancreas and/or liver-related, imaging & labs did not support this diagnosis. After 2 1/2 years, my PMG & GI dr's were out of ideas. Referred to PIM for acupuncture, like anyone enduring chronic pain, I was game for anything (btw, I work in the field of public health research for 20+ years - a strong advocate of the scientific method) . I had 6 sessions with Lishanna, exploring acupuncture, vagus nerve stimulation, and food allergies. I had always dismissed food allergies as the culprit, as my pain wasn't what I associated with food digestion. Testing at PIM and validated via my regular doc at Kaiser, showed allergens to multiple foods and environmental factors. Lishanna's expertise in the field of allergies and nutrition were integral in helping me create a new diet. Not only am I pain-free regularly (reduced to intermittent episodes), I have lost 45 lbs (focusing on gaining back some weight), skin dry rash patches, & brain fog have improved. Just got an AMAZING facial by the lovely Tracy Pharris! She offered me tea and showed me to my room the moment I came in - no waiting time at all. The room - and overall spa - is well kept and has a calm atmosphere (i got no snooty attitudes). Now on to the good part - the facial itself. My name is Camila Ramos. I have been suffering with a injury to my lower back disc which has been touching my sciatica nerve and shooting pain and numbness with tingling sensation down my left leg for about a week now. On the day of 11/12/2016 I made a phone call to Peoples Integrative medicine at: 4170 Gross Road Ext Ste 6, Capitola,CA, 95010 to book an appointment on: Wednesday 11/16/2016 at 3pm with Dr. Sandra Subotich, DAOM, L.Ac. Everything went well over the phone. However when I arrived in the office about half an hour earlier just so I have enough time to fill out first timer patient forms I found out that instead of me receiving a treatment with Dr. Subotich I was to visit with another unknown Doctor named Molly Chaudoir. The lady at the front desk whom goes by the name of Nancy told me that I was not schedule with Dr Subotich in the system and that this Dr was out of town in Chicago for a week therefore it was impossible for me to have an appointment with her. I explained the situation clearly to her that I had called and specifically asked for Dr. Subotich which I had met recently and really liked her and was looking forward to a session with her and the person whom received my phone call had confirmed with me her name date and time. Nancy was not budging and non-accomodating was short and rude made it seem like it was my fault and a misunderstanding of mine. I said that I did not know this other doctor that they made an appointment with for me. I also explained that I would have had appreciated a phone call to inform me of the change of their plans/schedule, it would have been professional of them and respectful of my time, I would have had a choice to reject that and saved myself from a trip which due to my injury it is very difficult to get up and out of the house I'm experiencing limited mobility and lot of physical pain. It took a lot of time from my day and my schedule and my friend schedule because I can't drive and had to get a ride for this appointment. I asked since they forced me into this situation they at least offer me a discount. Nancy refused to offer me a discount only a re-schedule for a week from now. She did not even as much apologized for the inconvenience and/or tried to accommodate me in any way shape or form. Much the contrary she made me feel like it was my fault. I left the place feeling unappreciated and irritated with this type of treatment which aggravated my already painful body. I'm taking the time to voice this out hoping to be heard and acknowledge as well as in hopes that this sort of poor business/costumer service may be avoided for myself and others in the future. read more

If you have any pain you want out of your life, you should definitely schedule with her. I cannot say enough great things about People's Integrative Health and Molly Chaudoir (as my acupuncturist). I first started seeing Molly for a variety of issues - Migraine's, digestion, dizziness, stress, neck/should pain - the list goes on and on. After a few months of working with Molly, some of my symptoms are completely gone, and some have decreased significantly. Molly cares so much for her patients and truly wants to improve their quality of life. She has always gone above and beyond to help me. She's super responsive to emails and is always willing to get me herbs in a very timely manner. I've never felt rushed during my appointments - and a lot of time I feel that Molly takes extra time with me to be sure we are getting the most out of each session. I work in San Jose 4 days a week and Molly is able to accommodate my crazy schedule-which I am forever thankful for. When I first starting coming to the clinic, I was unsure as to how my insurance worked with acupuncture. She always took her time explaining the costs and paperwork involved.
