Front desk lady was horrible. I was in there on 1/31/2026 and updated all my information, she did not input it or did she take the time to update my new address, last name and primary doctor. They sent my results to the wrong doctor and to my old address that I have not lived at for almost 2 years. Will visit another location next time. read more

While I would have given the actual sonologist and doctors a 5, I cannot give Solis as a whole higher than a 2. They billed me prior to actually filing with my insurance company. I paid the almost $600. When my insurance processed the claim, I didn't owe anything. However now going on 1 month and I can't even reach a billing department to discuss with them. Extremely disappointed in this part of the processes. And that they have $600 of my money they do not want to refund. I am reporting them to the State of Texas for insurance fraud/balance billing. read more

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I have a rotator cuff that is healing and didn't consider that when I scheduled my appointment. They attempted to get me in the machine but I couldn't raise my arm high enough. They said no problem just schedule another when you can raise your hand arm higher it will get you in, and all your paperwork is filled out so it'll be super easy next time. I appreciated them taking care of me making sure I didn't get hurt and making me not feel silly for going to an appointment when I didn't realize I was going to have to raise my arm higher than I could. I LOVE going to this location for mammograms! I am usually the only one in there! Sometimes there might be another patient but rarely! So convenient to those of us south of Fort Worth. went for a diagnostic mammogram something I have never had. website says 15 to 30 mins. Had the mammogram done and was told to wait in the freezing cold waiting room with just the gown top and shorts on. I was told I had to wait for the radiologist to read it. waited as long as I could and was then told if I left they just would not read the images. I waited 45 mins and I had to go, asked if I could come back another time or later and the tech said NO had to be there to speak with the radiologist. no one verbally, by email or text mentioned I would need to be there for 2 hours or more. So no clue what they are going to do about it now but I will be going to another place I just don't understand how they find it reasonable to force someone to wait that long without a heads up! And if you can't communicate basic scheduling times then how do you expect me to trust you with my health! read more

The service and care at this facility are great. Unfortunately, their billing department is the worst I have ever encountered. I paid out of pocket for two visits (March 29 - $663.60 and April 12, 2024 - $1,532.29) because I had not yet met my deductible at the time. Solis did not file these claims with my insurance company until late in the year (2024), at which time Aetna denied the claims because they were submitted past the deadline. I met my deductible in 2024 in November, which means I should have been reimbursed when the claims were properly filed. I have called numerous times. The first 2 times in 2024, there was no answer to their number - just a message that their systems were down and to call back later. The second two times, I spoke with someone in the billing dept. who said that their systems had been down and they were backed up and couldn't help me - someone would call me. Now, in 2025, I have called twice and spoken with someone who said they had "escalated" it to their director. I have not received a single phone call from Solis to resolve this. No patient should have to go through this. It is a shame because they provide a nice service but their billing/claims management is horrible. read more

I have been coming here for the past 4 years, and I have never had a bad experience. The employees (both at the front desk and the techs) have always been courteous and professional. Mammograms are awkward and not very pleasant, but the employees help make it a better experience. They have always treated me with respect and put my mind at ease. Don't even waste your time, I received several texts to set up my yearly mammogram, called to set the appointment, after several communication breakdowns I was able to schedule the appointment, just to be called 2 hours later to be told to schedule the appointment or maybe there was an issue, neither person I spoke with knew what was going on, I just canceled the appointment, us ladies are told to get screened every year but can't find a facility with a staff competent enough to schedule a simple appointment read more

Ladies, we all know how we dread our yearly mammogram, but I have to tell you, Solis makes that experience 'almost' pleasant...as much as is possible for this very necessary screening. I have yet to have a bad experience here. The staff is so kind and aware of the discomfort of the screening, and take extra measures to ensure it all goes as smoothly and painless as possible, all while maintaining a professional demeanor and respect for your privacy and modesty. Setting appointments, getting results and follow up appointments are also handled with ease. The doctor that gave me my results was so very helpful and thoroughly explained every result, every option, and what steps (if any) needed to happen next. I've been coming to this location for eight years now, and it is consistently impressive. I have never experienced a long wait time; the staff is warm, caring and friendly; and the entire office is clean and inviting. I had to follow up my annual mammogram this year with an ultra sound because there was a mass detected. I did have to wait longer than usual to get through this appointment, but it also included a meeting with the radiologist. Once again, this place was impressive overall. I went in for a mammogram and filled out the records release which is customary if you are a new patient. The next day (Friday afternoon), I get a call from a tone deaf woman named Carey saying the radiologist wants to review my previous images and they will send for those and it will take a few extra days. Ummm ok, I thought that's why I filled out the records release the day before. The call was concerning, disruptive and entirely unnecessary. In the 20 years I've been getting mammograms this has never happened. One doesn't normally get a call unless there are concerns. Thanks for ruining my Memorial Day weekend. I would recommend correcting this procedure, to avoid unnecessary calls to patients as to not prematurely imply there is a problem. Considering the timing of the phone call (the day after my appointment), I can only assume her intention was to scare and upset me on a Friday afternoon. Otherwise...why not just wait and contact me when you have received my prior films and have the final results? read more

From checking in all the way to leaving the facility the ONLY good thing I can say is that I received a good report. Other than that, I would not recommend the Burleson location or any others if they are ran the same. From zero communication about my copay amount, to dishonesty about cash pay, to my appointment lasting 3 hours when I was told 1.5 max (only an issue because I had a child to pick up from school), terrible bedside manners by all technicians/doctors I saw, to continuing an appointment even though I told them the doctors orders were incorrect, to the unprofessional way this has been handled since receiving a bill for double of what it should be. Please go elsewhere until they can receive the proper training in patient care for all positions including management in this facility. read more

I wish I had never gone to Solis Mammography. I've had mammograms for 45 years because my mother and her mother, my niece and cousins had breast cancer. My doctor referred me to Solis, rather than where I had gone before, because she thought Solis would provide the breast exam needed in my situation, either ultrasound or sonogram type, but it didn't. Since I have been on Medicare, it has always paid and not one word was said by Solis staff about it being different this time, so I thought it had been paid. Seven months after the procedure, Solis sent me the first statement dated 5/25/2023 saying Medicare was not going to pay $649 they're billing me. The Medicare claim denied note said, "Our records show that you were informed in writing, before receiving the service, that Medicare would not pay." THIS IS NOT TRUE. I would never have gone forward with the mammogram on 10/10/2022 had I been told that. Everything should have stopped right then. Secondly, any situation I've ever seen, anything not covered by insurance, the patient is given the option of pay before the procedure or cancel. Another reason I assumed my insurance coverage had been confirmed. I called Solis Billing Dept on 6/8/2023 and two different representatives told me different things. Said disregard the statement and it would take a while to get it resubmitted. Didn't hear from Solis again until statement dated 9/5/2023. Same as before, that I owed $649 for a mammogram that my insurance would have paid for had Solis handled it in a timely, professional manner. There is nothing about the way this has been handled that is right and I believe Solis should write off that $649. read more

I have been going to this location for a few years now. The attentiveness and kindness shown by all staff have been significantly better has the years have gone by. It's so great to see a facility improve their services instead of staying stagnant. The Arlington location was booked for several weeks so decided to drive a few more miles to this location. It is easy to get to and traffic is much less intense than Arlington location. Plenty of parking and easy access to location. When I walked in greeted by a friendly office staff. She was very pleasant and efficient. Waiting area is clean and updated. They had me verify info was correct on iPad. Called back to changing area with in 10 minutes. Very quiet and relaxing. Was in and out with in 30 minutes from start to finish. Brought my Mom here to get a couple of exams done that her physician had ordered. I am very impressed! The place is beautiful, very clean, quiet and comfortable. From the time you walk in there is just a comforting environment. The front desk was extremely pleasant. And I want to give the scheduling department 5 stars as well. Hate to give this location a 3-star rating because the staff is exceptional! They explained everything step by step and made me feel at ease, especially because it has been years since I had a mammogram done. The process itself was quick and easy. The process of getting my results has not been the pain point. I went on 2/15 to get a mammogram and still have not received my results. I was initially told when I called that they were delayed due to Presidents Day. I called back again and was advised that a message was left on the voicemail for the Burleson staff and that the radiologist must be on vacation. After not receiving a return call, I called back again and was told that there was a problem transcribing all results from 2/15 and that the problem has been reported to the IT department and that I would get an email when my results are ready. Saturday will be two weeks since I had my mammogram and I just can't imagine having any patients wait two weeks to be told the results of their tests with no communication at all from the business. read more
