I called front desk and they assured me they would send maintenance up, after 20 mins of waiting (after a whole day of traveling), I called again and front desk said they would check with maintenance again, then they called me back saying actually the boiler is broken and there will be no hot water to use for the night. I travel a lot and have never stayed at a resort (or even regular hotel) with no working hot water. This issue was not fixed the next morning, so we couldn't take a shower the next day either. We had a ski reservation, so in the afternoon when I called the hotel if we can shower (we desperately needed to shower especially after skiing), they said they finally have someone came to fix it but it will take time to heat up for the whole place and cannot walk guarantee how long it will take. I expressed how ridiculous this situation is and the only thing they offered was to refund for 1 day of resort fee. On our last day, the AC unit broke so there was no heat in our room (the day we left in the morning, it was 29 degrees outside). Also the whole time we were there, no one ever came to clean the room (every single hotel and resort I've ever stayed at, they come to clean daily or at-least every other day). This is not a resort - there's no typical resort amenities and the rooms look so old like they have not been updated in a long time. Everything was broken and the management offered no accommodation besides refunding 1 day of resort fee lol 100% would stay away and don't waste your money or point at this place.

The floors are covered in plastic wrap, there's painter's tape (and active painting!) everywhere, the lobby pool is totally torn to shreds. My coworkers and I were wondering what fumes we were being exposed to every time we walked through the hotel. There's no housekeeping unless you ask, and only available during certain hours (So when I noticed the shampoo in my shower was empty I was SOL.), they offer a "discounted" rate to the health club across the street for the lack of pool (it should be free for the hassle), and worst of all they still charge a resort fee on the bill? For what??? The few positives are that the front desk staff was nice, and my room was large, quiet, and mostly clean. You could tell they recently renovated the room but didn't do the best job--shower leaked all over the floor, paint was peeling from the ceiling, and the door was super hard to open. Maybe the hotel will be nice when the renovation is done, but for now I would definitely avoid.

This is a super place to stay. Much like the best established campgrounds back home in the beautiful Pocono Mountains in the great state of Pennsylvania, this place is peacefully nestled in the beautiful mountains of Utah. Easy pull-through sites let you drive straight in and pull straight out, without backing up (great for big units like mine), easily-accessed back-in sites, clean swimming pool area, spotless restrooms, kids play area, nicely-equipped convenience store, and many more amenities, make Echo Island RV Resort a perfect place for camping. It has a safe family-oriented environment, as well. Our entire camping experience has been painless. Echo Island RV Resort has got to be one of the best campgrounds in this region. Congratulations to the manager and staff for providing my family with a pleasant 6-day camping experience. Thankfully, I was able to find this place which I almost missed due to the lack of sufficient reviews on Yelp and familiarity with the motel itself. However, I'm so glad I did find this place. It is definitely worth the money! It is $59 a night, and the room was small but doable and clean. They had a nice bathroom, bed and overall it was updated! The cons are pretty minor, such as a spider web, mosquito that got in that we had to kill and a tiny moth that got in which we also had to get rid of. Btw, Tran is super cool and nice. Definitely talk to him if you're checking in! Overall, I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for an affordable place to stay in Salt Lake City!

We paid $270 for just two nights, which included a $30 resort fee. It definitely feels like they make their money off short-term guests like us. We stayed here only because we purchased our new RV in Salt Lake City and needed somewhere nearby. This is by far the most we have ever paid for an RV site, and unfortunately, the experience did not justify the price. Our site was not clean when we arrived, with random pieces of garbage left around. There were also lots of kids running around the park unattended. Lots of kid drama, some crying some yelling and a little cussing ha ha On the positive side, the park felt relatively safe with gated access and gate codes, and the people we encountered were nice. We RV regularly, and I would normally never expect to pay more than about $60 a night for a park like this. At roughly $135 per night for our stay, the price simply does not match the location, condition, or amenities. Incredibly overpriced for what you get.

It is walking distance to main street and we walked down every day or most evenings for meals & activities. One day we did a walking hike right from house to a gorgeous county club for lunch. Along the way we came across streams, hills and historic structures. The home has everything you need, from kitchen essentials, to board games, soft fluffy towels and super comfortable beds. This home is so much better then any hotel I've stayed in. It's a dream home!!

She's shadily renting it from someone else who doesn't even live in the state. I'm not sure about the legalities but she definitely overcharges for this place. You can find way better deals going through the many many other rental properties in Park City. Plus ones where I don't feel like I'm breaking the law being there. Oh and the stairs. Don't even get me started on the stairs. They are such a pain in the butt having to haul everything up all these flights. This property is not for people who may have knee problems, back problems, any type of health condition at all. The hot tub is definitely not easily accessible. I felt like they hid it behind a wall or something. And lastly there is like an elevator there that we were all afraid to get into because we have no idea when it was serviced. Shaky, makes noises, rickety. You know, these are just my opinions, but the whole thing surprisingly had a bad vibe. And it was loud too. You can hear traffic all day long. Overall it seems like the place has been trashed a few times and I don't feel comfortable staying in a place that isn't even owned by the person who's renting it out. It's all just very shady and kind of dirty and I would suggest staying at some nice place like the Stein Eriksen or the Montage or some other place in Deer Valley. They also don't charge $1,000 for a deposit, so there's more room to the other fun things. In general I feel like Airbnbs are overrated, but if there's a perfect example of an overrated Airbnb this would be it. Run, don't walk from this property.
