Chez Louisa was cozy and warm for a Christmas ski vacation -- and yet spacious enough to accommodate our group of 4 couples and a baby. The home was nicely furnished with everything we needed -- even a Christmas tree, thanks to Adrienne at Mount Majestic, who was helpful and accommodating in every way. We loved the deck hot tub, which has an amazing view thru the aspens to the mountains. And, speaking of mountains, you can't beat the location -- ski-in/ski-out to Brighton Ski Resort, one of the best kept secrets in Utah skiing! The snow at Brighton has been amazing every time we've been there. We would definitely recommend Brighton for a Utah ski vacation and Mount Majestic for Brighton lodging.

The upstairs of the lodge has a small bedroom with a bed and two adjourning bedrooms that have 8 beds between the two; 7 full size, 1 twin size. Kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare simple meals for large groups with plenty of plates, cups, eating and cooking utensils. We attempted to use the jacuzzi. A lot of foreign hairs came out of the jets. Only some of the lights upstairs turned on. The wifi was sporadic and mostly didn't work upstairs. Overall the place was clean and had plenty of parking. Bring entertainment if pool isn't enough for your group.

Coming from Texas, seeing this type of climate changed in person was honestly exciting for me. Walking in fresh snow while surrounded by the mountains felt like something out of a movie. I haven't had this experience since I lived in WA; even then we didn't get much snow, in the evergreen state. The scenery around the resort was peaceful and absolutely beautiful. Ev Rey where you looked felt postcard worthy, especially with the snow still covering parts of the mountains while spring was starting to settle in. It was one of those simple travel moments that becomes a favorite memory. Even in passing through, the area gave such a cozy mountain resort vibes and made me understand why people enjoy escaping here.

We all had very comfortable rooms with en suite bathrooms. The house has all the amenities anyone would want with spacious areas, multiple decks, a dining room to seat all, and is well appointed with supplies, dishes, kitchen items, etc. Throughout our booking and payments, the owner, Travis, and his manager, Gregg, were wonderfully cooperative, informative, and considerate. The house's location was perfect for walks down into town, as well as easy access to the ski trails for hiking. We highly recommend this house for any large gatherings, and we fully intend to return someday for another visit to Park City.

I also enjoyed the area around the townhome. It had everything I needed or wanted. Surround sound system, free Wi-Fi, large flat screen T.v's just to mention a few things I enjoyed. No need to pack more then your clothes and a toothbrush. The house is in town literally a 2 minute walk to the Town Lift. Please see my trip advisor review of the house. Seriously, talk about Convenient! Patti, the owner of All Park City Rentals, was a joy to work with. I can tell she takes pride in her properties, as there was enormous attention to detail in the house, right down to the wonderful L'Occitane amenities. We didn't know how to use the gas fireplace in the living room (despite an instruction manual), but Patti answered our call, and even offered to swing by to turn on the fireplace. Talk about service. She actually talked us through how to turn it on and so a house call was avoided. If you are looking to rent in Park City, Patti has a number of properties including ski in/ ski out and houses. She is an incredible hostess and really has made us feel like we can have a home away from home. A+++ customer service.

The house we rented was fine. It was spacious and nice…read more However, I had a couple issue with Canyon Services. First, when I called the night we got there to ask where to park car, they told us we have a parking garage for 1 car and to park our second car in front of the garage. Next day, a neighbor had to tell us that it was a horrible idea so snow is melting and coming down from the room so it could easily crush the roof of the car. Second, the entrance of the house is not right by the sidewalk. There is a small path that leads to it. That path was barely shoveled and was incredibly icy. The first night, we arrived after the sun went down so the path was pretty much frozen. Walking down that path with our luggage was very dangerous. Even during the day, that path was very slippery and dangerous to walk. I slipped multiple times and almost sprained my ankle. I called Canyon Services as well as emailed them about this issue but they did not say anything over the phone nor did they reply to my email. I felt that they did not want to reply and acknowledge the issue in fear of liability if an injury happened. That was very disappointing.
