They were not in stock at their shop or local, so they needed to order them and we had the batteries the next day. Unfortunately the batteries were not the correct ones. After some research on the phone, Tanya found the correct ones but they were 70 miles (one way) away. This was Saturday now and I was leaving town that day (we're full-time RV'ers). Tanya got in her car and drive to pick them up. WOW! You wont't get that service many places today. Also, while my truck was inoperable in their shop, Henry handed my the keys to his truck so wouldn't need to hang out at the shop while Tanya drove to get the batteries.
