I've actually given up on buying games and other items several times because I don't want to deal with the inconvenience of waiting forever just to make a purchase. I understand the need for security, but if so many items are going to be locked up, there needs to be a much faster and more reliable way for customers to get assistance. Something seriously needs to change.
