The police report put her 100% at fault along with her insurance. Unfortunately we both have progressive and low limits so they decided to throw me under the bus as it was cheaper to do that for them then to do the legal right thing and investigate it with video and it doesn't make sense but paid out under my policy. My car wasn't even involved in the wreck. I was not even involved in the accident it was a one car accident anyhow when I read through Ray's review it made me sad for Ray, but it made me sadder for this law firm. When I was injured 15 years ago it took my little case four years to settle, and if this was during Covid my goodness. I only wish I could have an attorney call me even from a car, and if a Boeing 747 flu by I would wave at it. I would have been happy to even get help from an attorney to give legal advice and with all of their advertising, the video I watched, this is so far a great attorneys office, I only wished I could utilize them. Most attorneys won't take on cases these days. Ray was lucky to have found a great attorneys office.

It took the lawyers forever to follow up, and I would get excuses every time we would speak. They initiated a plan for me to get the best care and the best insurance claim possible but that was not the case. I ended up paying the majority of my settlement in bills, from being instructed by the lawyers at this firm to attend several health professional classes which racked up thousands of dollars in medical bills, without any consideration of what I would have to endure in the long run. The bills was negotiated with my settlement at a low amount and in the end after the bills was payed from the settlement I was left with nothing, still needing future medical care and having nothing to help myself financially for having future and current problems . The secretaries were very rude and did not follow up on time, and would get attitudes when you would mention there unprofessionalism. This office even took 30% of my settlement for doing nothing.It took my claim 2.5 years for nothing, and with all the misinformation, bad litigation, and unprofessionalism, you would have thought they would have been courteous and not take so much due to bad planning and litigation having there client liable for so much in the end. I will never recommend this law firm. My advice find an office that actually care, and has a legit plan so you can come out in the end to help you and your family. What was more unacceptable was that the lawyer's response was not timely. Sometimes she didn't respond for 4 or 5 days after multiple follow up emails. And she claimed that she didn't receive the final signed document from the opposing lawyer due to email server issue (which I received through regular consumer Gmail account). I am not sure if she is telling the truth. If she is, I wouldn't want to work with a firm that has unstable email servers that may miss important legal emails.
