She was recommended to this place by hospital said 5 star , never!!!!0 star maybe!!! After a few days it only got worse, she would ring her buzzer , especially at night no one would answer, god forbid if you were in cardiac arrest , all she wanted was a glass of water!!! I could go on and on, the level of care is bad, elderly people who cannot speak for themselves are ignored, sad!!! Some wander the hallways at night in diapers looking anorexic, her roommate had diarrhea and sat in it for hours, the bathroom was covered with crap for more than 24 hours, Patients are ignored, not taken care of , only 2 nurses at night or LVNs, This place is a nightmare!! we are all going to get old one day, I wouldn't treat my worst enemy the way these for profit corporations treat people in there so called rehab/ skilled nursing!!!! This place is mainly very sick elderly patients, with only a chosen few caring employees!!!!!!!

I called the office three times and still didn't get a response. The front desk staff were also not friendly or supportive, which only added to the frustration. If a doctor doesn't have time to properly care for new patients, they shouldn't take them on just for the sake of additional income. This kind of neglect puts patients at risk, and it's completely unacceptable. I would not recommend her at all.

Also, prepare to be questioned heavily whether or not she is really your primary care physician. I have an urgent health matter, where an unstable ankle continues to grind both of my achilles into the ground from overload, I am losing more and more of my mobility, and I need a referral to an orthopedic specialist urgently. They couldn't do it. Yesterday I got an appointment for next week, it was cancelled twice, and then I got heavily questioned whether or not I was really their patient. They expected proof of my insurance card, and told me they were going to give me a curtesy call back once they resolved issues on their end. It's just a bad experience to have this doctor as your pcp and then keep having to proof that you deserve to get an appointment in a timely manner that would make sense for your health. Their severe insurance issues sounded semi plausible to me, but then I was somehow able to schedule an appointment with a different provider right away, before I even switched to them as my pcp, my mind was blown! This goes to show this clinic is unnecessarily difficult to work with and extremely unwelcoming to new patients. I don't know about the doctor herself, I never got the chance to see her within a reasonable timeframe. If you have months to spare, you might have a better experience than I did, I can only speak for my own stressful, disappointing experience and the unhelpful front staff that tried to tell me I needed to wait many months to be seen for a referral for an urgent serious health matter. Horrible! Edit: I blame the doctor herself first and foremost, I believe she has great influence over how her appointments are being handled. Delaying necessary medical care is causing medical harm, often irreversible. If you have her as a pcp she may cause you direct medical harm by letting her staff (the guy who is the manager in particular) block you from accessing your specialist in time, because you cannot see her for a referral, and she is the only one able to make it unless you can switch your pcp! I told them I can't walk, I have a degenerative condition, it's urgent, they didn't care and refused to book me, since I am "not established" with them, but she was my assigned doctor by my insurance! She spent overtime during our office visit as she goes through the file one by one including medicine, lab test and even for MRI test for my heart. That was great but a little unnerving that it got to that point with the tone of our discussion. I would have preferred a calm conversation. The Deal Breaker: After multiple days of requesting my medication renewal and their office dropping the ball (Dr. M not making the right note in my file so that the doctor covering could proceed and then once he was back in the office, not following through in a timely fashion), caused me to suffer by going cold turkey off my medication which led to frustration, anger and a lot of pain. If this medical office can't manage this one prescription renewal, after multiple days, then I can't trust them to manage my ongoing medical care which is going to be even more critical as my medical situation evolves. That's a level of negligence that I'm not willing to bet my life on. I'm taking my business/care elsewhere.
