He tried to say that this was all done after he inspected it (about three weeks before the close of escrow...so the seller came in and did all of this damage after the inspection?) The report he prepared said everything was working perfectly and there was nothing to report. I was kind of surprised considering the age of the property. Unbeknownst to me the water heater was 17 years old and barely functioning. My plumber told me there was a rubber hose which had melted and was ready to catch fire and there was also a pipe which was lose and could have caused a major leak. The master bedroom toilet was leaking and was so old it was not flushing properly. The garbage disposal did not work at all. It was so old it had completely rusted. My plumber also told me the hose connecting the dishwasher to the drain was completely rusted. Good thing I didn't use it as there would have been a flood. I had to purchase a new dishwasher. So unfortunately I cannot recommend Dave Stowe.
