Outdoor patio with stage, tables and bags boards! Very dog friendly

Solu absolutely NEVER disappoints! I always look forward to coming here and seeing how much the business continues to grow! They have incredible live music, when we visited it was Josh Skaja who was beyond talented and took requests! I LOVE all the new Solu cocktails they have, my favorite is the cinnamon apple tini! And I truly cannot choose a favorite for their food, everything was full of flavor and delicious! I would definitely recommend checking out their website to see when they will have live music and getting there early! We will DEFINITELY be back!

We stopped here on a Sunday afternoon, just days before the world stopped due to "Covid-19". The grounds are beautiful and this was such a great afternoon date day destination. The interior of the building is nicely set up and it's a fun environment to enjoy an afternoon of wine sampling. We each ordered a flite to get started. I know this is just supposed to be a sample and that's what was poured. My personal preference would have been for each glass to have had just a bit more of a sample. The staff were personable and offered solid suggestions on the different offerings. We enjoyed sampling many different varieties. I'm not all that much of a wine drinker, but do so on occasion to appease the boss. Plus with age I guess I'm coming to enjoy it a little more. The timing of our visiting here was funny because I just days earlier learned what a sommelier was. The place is definitely family run and operated. It's always good to know you're supporting the "little guy". There were three dogs roaming about inside during our visit. This was not a turnoff to us, but I mention it because I can see it could be for some. We had a fun afternoon and will definitely return once the current Covid craziness runs its course.

Had a guide take me on a private tour after his lady group was done. He said "they were supposed to pick grapes for the free wine, but these ladies were here for the free wine only and had the audacity to bring big goblets and tell me to fill it with no ice." Then the owner comes over he tells him this same story. They apparently use to offer unlimited refills but changed their policies.... FYI you sit in judgment for helping them with free labor. The one star is for trash talking the female groups that he takes out, apparently he word vomited to me so he doesn't get a bad review from them. Wondering how many people he expresses this to while walking right past the group and pointing the "Karen" which was her name out to me. SERIOUSLY?!?!

We loved SoLu for our Girls Day out and loved that we splurged for the reserved table for 6 which came with a complimentary drink for all of us. The table fee made for a hassle free afternoon; we often left as a group to grab a drink, dine and use the restroom knowing we could return to our reserved table! We went on Sunday July 9th and even during record breaking crowds we were able to meet owners TJ & his daughter Sophia as they beamed with pride with a few beads of sweat from working their asses off to make an unforgettable event for everyone in attendance. Best part was the music was incredible from Foreigner Forever!

We had a great time at SoLu Estates. Beautiful grounds and great hospitality. First time experiencing mead, found it to be delicious.

I truly enjoyed my visit to SoLu Estate. Excellent facility, beautiful grounds, fun people and delicious wine and mead. I can't say enough about how awesome the owners are. TJ and Anne gave us a behind the scenes tour and education on mead. Jonathan and Sophia were engaging and helpful and the other visitors were a blast. I definitely recommend a visit, even if It's out of your way, it's well worth the trip.

Drove up to SoLu Sunday afternoon to get out of the house and a friend had recommended it. Very beautiful location! If you're not a dog person, like me, you might not appreciate dogs cruising around the tables and stopping to beg for food. Speaking of food, it is very limited (small pizzas, poutine and pretzels) the day we were there, and prepared by a food truck. We had the pepperoni pizza and it was very good. I would have preferred a healthy option. I enjoyed the live acoustical country music and the wine wasn't too bad. We were a little surprised to see that none of the employees had masks on and the sign inside the building read "masks optional". Optional? No, it's not! This made us uncomfortable but thought, we'll stay outside. In hindsight, now I'm nervous. SoLu - do the right thing and enforce the COVID mandate and mask your employees, wipe your tables and counters and keep an eye on your dogs. I would love to improve my review!

Superb venue and staff. This place is perhaps the best hidden treasure for music, atmosphere and welcoming vibe. So good.

Very nice place. Beautiful grounds! There wasn't much room to sit inside so that was the only downside.

I ordered the chicken tenders and the person with me ordered the brie platter. Both were amazing. My chicken tenders were some of the best I've ever had. I don't know what they used in the breading, but it was excellent. I tried a tasting of the sweet wines and love the blackberry wine and the peach Chardonnay. They also have outdoor seating. We did sit inside, if you're up in that area definitely go check it out.

Both the wine and the chocolates were very nice. We wound up buying a bottle of the Tuscan reserve to take home with some of the chocolates we couldn't finish. After a rest we came back for dinner at the Granary Bourbon bar. We were warmly welcomed. We liked the casual vibe and surprisingly it was not too loud. We started with a flight of old fashioned cocktails. We tried vanilla bean, honeycomb, and our favorite the cinnamon appke. For dinner we both had the Friday perch fry. The perch itself was very good with a nice panko coating. The fries were good too but they could have been warmer. Our server was very attentive and friendly. They were definitely on the game. Can't wait to return!
