Solus Clothing is truly hidden gem in Norco! This store is always stocked with workwear. Let me preface that this place is very affordable. The selection of brands include: Dickies, Ben Davis, Carhartt, Allstyle, Pro Club, Shaka, Obey, HUF and many more. You'll find some streetwear items sprinkled here and there as well. They have a single fitting room to try on clothes with a mirror. The staff do not greet you here. They also don't really go out of their way to help you out. From my experience, it seems like it's really just one worker most of the time. Their exchange / return policy is very weird as well. Keep that in mind when shopping here. You definitely want to try on the clothes before you buy because of this. It's definitely a cool little spot to pick up some essentials for your wardrobe. My family and I stopped by yesterday after passing this place all the time. We wear a lot of dickies, volcom, Levi's. etc. so l wanted to check out the prices and selection. As we were walking in, there were a couple of men walking out, saying bye to the guy at the register. No one greeted us, but I didn't think much of it at first. There's a decent selection of sweatshirts, flannels, work pants and some T-shirts. However, there were quite a few unmarked items with no price tag or signage on them. I also found a visibly stained/damaged white shirt hanging with the women's basics and some boxes with unpacked merchandise right under the racks. Kind of a messy vibe especially when it's a tight squeeze between the racks. We were the only 3 people in there-me, my husband and our kid. After about 5 mins the music shuts off and it's dead quiet in the store. I thought maybe the guy sitting at the front was just changing music but he just left it off. It was kinda weird, it felt like he was trying to listen to us to be honest BUT again I didn't think too deeply about it, Kept browsing. We got closer to the register to look at the clearanced tshirts. I glanced over at the guy at the register, I had some questions but when I saw that he was sitting at the counter with his hand up to the side of his face as if to send a message "don't bother me", I changed my mind. It started to feel very intentional that he turned the music off and literally seemed to be hiding his face from us, standing 5 feet away from him. He Didn't say a single word to us still, didn't even look in our direction. The vibe was so weird my husband and I were like ?? Let's just leave. We said "thank you" walking out, and he didn't even bother to look up or respond. After this experience I looked up other reviews because I couldn't shake the feeling that something was way off, and realized the same "rude guy" who's consistently mentioned in these bad reviews- is the same one who ignored us. Tbh I don't think this place is interested in EVERYONE'S business if you get what I mean. It seems there's some deeper issues going on here. I unfortunately now think it's important to mention that not everyone in my family is white or white-passing. I only find this to be interesting because the two men who were leaving the store and were chatting with the same guy- were either white or white passing. Idk if that has anything to do with why our experience was so bad but there are other reviews that seem to suggest it's very possible. Edit: My 6 year old also just informed me the employee was giving him dirty looks in the store. Idk wtf this guy's issue is but it's actually shocking the store is still in business. I guess only some customers get acknowledged and others might get either profiled or ignored completely. Love this store! I've been coming here for my husband's clothes for the past 10 years plus and always find his size 3X and so affordable! Everyone that works here has always been nice and helpful when I've needed help finding his size in the back if it wasn't out on the floor,especially the black or white t-shirts/tank tops. Little selection of anything worth purchasing. A few streetwise shirts but outdated stuff mostly. Son came here specifically for plain solid color shirts and couldn't find the navy blue he was looking for. Right there on the floor was a big box of navy blue shirts and we asked the tall asian employee there if he could pull out so we could take advantage of some deal they run on solid shirts. The idiot just sat there and said he'd do it tomorrow and we could come back then. Dude, it's 95 degrees out, gas is expensive, the boxes were right there. They were literally opened and we could see the shirts on top. The dude refused to pull a shirt out and took offense when I told my son nevermind since the guy just wanted to sit there. We ended up going to a different location with more selection down the street. We walked in and the nice lady asked what we needed. We told her what we were looking for and she immediately got up, walked towards the back of the store , and grabbed the 3 shirts we needed. Easy Peezy. May 9,2025. Unbelievable what just happened in this store. The tall Asian male employee didn't feel like doing his job. We asked him to scan an item for the price and he said "I'm busy doing something." He was sitting at the register where he can scan items!!! He was doing paperwork. These are not the same employees from our previous visits. His horrible attitude and lack of customer service is going to get this store closed. To the owner: Sir/Ma'am there are plenty of places to shop.People don't have to frequent your establishment. Nice merchandise and location but people won't return if things don't change. I was in the Norco area and bought a pair of Woman Dickies for $27.99 +Tax on Sunday August 6, 2023. Apparently the fitting rooms are not open on Sundays. But I took the risk of them not fitting because they offer a EXCHANGE ONLY Within 30 Days policy, NO REFUND. I drove about 40 min from Rialto to exchange them September1, 2023 @12:38 pm. When I got to the counter this tall, thin, Asian man, I am describing him because he refused to give me his name was EXTREMELY rude! Absolute ZERO customer service! He tossed the pants to the side and said "go get another one", very rudely! As a paying customer I should never feel like I am bothering an employee, all I needed was an exchange. I did not ask for a refund and I was more than willing to pay the difference on any exchanged item. Fortunately, there was a Hispanic lady working there attending to the fitting rooms. She was polite and she pointed me to the right direction. She also suggested a different size, which fit perfectly. Thank you for not only representing the company as a knowledgeable employee, but for also being a great human being. I understand we all have bad days, but this employees bad attitude reflected the company in a very poorly manner. I've shopped at this store a handful of times in the past and bought the same thing every time. I go for the medical uniforms and nothing else. I hadn't been To the store in over a year, and decided to go in to get some new scrubs. I walked around the store a few times obviously looking for something that I wasn't finding, while the employee just stared at me as if I was shoplifting. He never offered to help me find something or even greet me, so I asked him where the medical uniforms were. He replied "I told you last time, we don't have them anymore.".... No. Wrong person bro. I hadn't been there in over a year and the last time I was there, I purchased scrubs so no, not me. It was the same "tall Asian" guy that is mentioned in all the other negative reviews of this place. Went in to return a pair of overalls, they had never even been unfolded and my wife gave them to me for Christmas. I'm a truck driver and work all across the country and I came in on 3/22/25 @10:27 PM to return them when a tall slim Asian man got in my face and yelled at me. As I got fed up with this treatment from a CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKER. As I was leaving this man then proceeded to whisper under his breath calling me a "B*tch" infront of my son. My son does not need this kind of language and behavior exposed to him and it was outright inappropriate. I believe if you scroll down at all these reviews it pretty much sums up what type of business this is. It is complete garbage where customer service does not exist and where the professionalism held by the owner, manager and or less than competent people that work there does not exist. Take the trip about 5 to 10 minutes away off of Magnolia to the Dickey outlet there and buy your products where those people know how to treat you and have twice as much stuff as the store. In short this place especially the owner and his short heavyset fashion less employee are the worst representatives of any business you could imagine. As I stated above it is worth you driving 5 to 10 minutes down the street to Magnolia and go to the Dickey outlets they're much more professional, they treat the customer great and have a much better selection of clothing in the same genre! read more

Poor costumer service! Decided to give this place a second shot. But no more! Previously experience same service. Employees avoid acknowledging us and when you ask for their help they really shows in body language what an inconvenience it is. Interesting uniform store. It's varied for random things but I was searching for scrubs. While they had dickies and cherokee, they were either too small or too big for me. The materials seem sturdy enough but once again, I'm not a size 0, I'm not a doughboy's size either. Either someone got into their inventory quicker than I did, or they don't have enough scrubs. That aside, they do have other uniforms for construction, school uniforms and random sweats. Great customer service, they help you out with whatever you need or want to know, most of the time they have everything stocked up, but if they dont, ask them when they will have a restock on the item and they will let you know. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! If I could give this store zero stars I would. The people are rude and I'd say thief's!!!!!!!! I was not allowed to try on a pair of pants in the dressing room. Understandably in Covid times. I was told "I could take them home, try them on, and come back and exchanged them if needed". They didn't fit right, so I took them back. Well tried to exchange them, but they would not! They said I washed them! OMG! I ask for a manager, but to my surprise I was speaking to him. I asked to talk to his supervisor and they said "NO they're not here". So I asked for a phone number or email for their supervisor, and same thing.
