Great outdoor mall!…read more I love Dos Logos. It's a nice area. Very clean and safe. Lots of shopping and restaurants around. The area has changed a lot though. Some new stores were opened recently. The hardware store seems out of place lol This used to be more of a "fancy" outdoor mall, with stores like Z Galleries. Now it's got a hardware store, a playhouse and a trampoline park. I get that they are trying to make Dos Logos kid and family friendly. I'm just not loving the new additions lol Service varies by store. Value also depends on the deals at the store or restaurant. They remodeled the movie theater, so I'm excited to see that.

Shops: I was immediately amazed as I walked by a boutique with dreamy gowns staring back at me in an assortment of colors and ready to be worn somewhere fabulous! Yes, please! The name alone had me walking straight into an art store, wish I enjoyed immensely, as there was creativity at a return and so fun!! Restaurants: Plentiful, as there seems to be something for everyone! At 85°, a boba milk tea café caught my eye & quenched my thirst! Discovered: After seeing a movie at a luxury theater nearby, walking distance, I had a bit of time to walk around & I'm so happy I did! I looked on my Yelp app to discover what stores were near! Sights: Ducks galore; on posters, signs & in stores! Super cute! While walking around and saw a beautiful chandelier hanging gracefully above the sighed, as I love chandeliers! Kids were playing nearby, keeping cool in a splash area! There is also plenty of covered seating, as well as vibrant flowers all around! Overall: What a beautiful & serene area w/dreamy views, as well as plenty of shops to explore! I'm looking forward to returning when I'm in the area again & have more time to look around!!

They got me as a long lasting customer. I will probably travel here every single weekend. I drove nearly an hour away from Dana point. I found them on Facebook and figured I would have to try out the fill a bag sale They have on Saturdays. It was well worth my time. They have a fantastic things at absolutely amazing prices. The people who work there seem to be a tight family. I didn't ask if they were the owners, but they definitely could've been. They were really really nice! I don't care where you are in southern California. This is an absolute go to spot!

Greeted at entry I asked to exchange shows in which she directed me to the shoe section instead of the register. She was very fast at leading me to pick something out and rushing my choice. At check out Tarren rapidly experienced difficulty on the exchange of shoes and when I asked to ring my clothes separately she rang everything together. Then, yes, there is more, I asked how much the shoes were because my total was very high, she asked, "you weren't watching the screen"? Ha! I almost lost it at this point. Then the card reader wouldn't work as I tried both ways in the reader only for her to tell me it goes the other way, I handed her the card and she attempted to do it herself and it still didn't work! She basically threw my receipt and tells me to have a nice day ignorantly! Never shopping here again, overpriced items and poor quality. I can get the same items for less at kohls or target!

However Ireri Janeth helped me and made me feel so welcomed and appreciated! I asked what my options were for my birthday gift and she presented me with 4 options! They were all really good so I asked for her help deciding and she told me good things about each product! She even got scent samples of the burberry perfume and cologne so I could see if I liked if before selecting that gift! She was so helpful and kind, it was such a positive experience. My family and I stopped by yesterday after passing this place all the time. We wear a lot of…read moredickies, volcom, Levi's. etc. so l wanted to check out the prices and selection. As we were walking in, there were a couple of men walking out, saying bye to the guy at the register. No one greeted us, but I didn't think much of it at first. There's a decent selection of sweatshirts, flannels, work pants and some T-shirts. However, there were quite a few unmarked items with no price tag or signage on them. I also found a visibly stained/damaged white shirt hanging with the women's basics and some boxes with unpacked merchandise right under the racks. Kind of a messy vibe especially when it's a tight squeeze between the racks. We were the only 3 people in there-me, my husband and our kid. After about 5 mins the music shuts off and it's dead quiet in the store. I thought maybe the guy sitting at the front was just changing music but he just left it off. It was kinda weird, it felt like he was trying to listen to us to be honest BUT again I didn't think too deeply about it, Kept browsing. We got closer to the register to look at the clearanced tshirts. I glanced over at the guy at the register, I had some questions but when I saw that he was sitting at the counter with his hand up to the side of his face as if to send a message "don't bother me", I changed my mind. It started to feel very intentional that he turned the music off and literally seemed to be hiding his face from us, standing 5 feet away from him. He Didn't say a single word to us still, didn't even look in our direction. The vibe was so weird my husband and I were like ?? Let's just leave. We said "thank you" walking out, and he didn't even bother to look up or respond. After this experience I looked up other reviews because I couldn't shake the feeling that something was way off, and realized the same "rude guy" who's consistently mentioned in these bad reviews- is the same one who ignored us. Tbh I don't think this place is interested in EVERYONE'S business if you get what I mean. It seems there's some deeper issues going on here. I unfortunately now think it's important to mention that not everyone in my family is white or white-passing. I only find this to be interesting because the two men who were leaving the store and were chatting with the same guy- were either white or white passing. Idk if that has anything to do with why our experience was so bad but there are other reviews that seem to suggest it's very possible. Edit: My 6 year old also just informed me the employee was giving him dirty looks in the store. Idk wtf this guy's issue is but it's actually shocking the store is still in business. I guess only some customers get acknowledged and others might get either profiled or ignored completely. I guarantee there are better options nearby where the community can spend their money.
