This is the only shop, I would send my mother or girlfriend to and never worry, about them being taken advantage of. I first met Bobby when I needed a tire repair. The Shoppe repaired the tire properly, cleaning the inside, scoffing up the area to be glued, putting in a proper and high quality inside patch and plug repair. I have been driving on that tire and never once, had a problem with it, not one leak. Eventually my Subaru needed its timing belt done. This is when I learned that The Bobby Shoppe only uses original manufacturer parts, nothing aftermarket. This was the same mentality I have and was so glad to see it reflected by the Shoppe. I provide the Subaru parts and they did an excellent job. Better then any Subaru mechanic. They did the job right the first time. To finish it off, their price was fair and affordable, nearly half of what the dealer wanted. After that, I brought my Subaru in to have the valve cover gaskets replaced. They, again did an excellent job. Better then when it came from the factory. Shorty after, I needed a front wheel bearing. Talking with Bobby and Scotty, I decided to do both front bearings. I also, gave them new front ball joints and outer tie rods. They really did an amazing job and once again they charged an affordable and fair price. I have never had an issue with anything they have ever touched on my vehicle. My vehicle was always returned back to me better and cleaner then when I dropped it off.

He gave me the code to search for myself and said he had to get the details for my particular model Unheard of !!! I most recently had a breakdown of my vehicle which was believed to be my alternator (which made sense because I had just recently replaced my battery ) The replacement of a new alternator was going to cost a substantial amount of money, after giving them the green light to work on my vehicle and showing up to pick up my vehicle I found that they were super professional, communicative and informative handing me the faulty cable connector that caused my original alternator to not work efficient- I find this type of integrity and honesty to be bar none and feel that more mechanic shops should use this type of customer service this is the kind of place you can be sure won't take advantage of you! I Hate To be a negative glass half empty person But I feel most mechanic shops would've changed the part anyways to turn a profit.

This might be the first time I brought my car into a shop and the check engine light came on…read moreafterwards. I had gone to a different dealer and they did a full inspection of my car after aligning and balancing my wheels and an oil change. The ONLY issue they found was that might right wheel bearing needed to be replaced as the back of the car was making a louder sound. I went into Billy's a week later (because they were cheaper) to get the right wheel bearing replaced and after I got the car back, the car was louder than ever. All of the sudden my left wheel bearing supposedly had an issue as well despite another dealer saying it was in great condition. Two days after leaving the shop, my check engine light has been on and despite a few calls to the dealer, no logical explanation has been explained and overall service was awful. I guess you get what you pay for here - strongly recommend going anywhere else, even if more expensive.

My boyfriend and his mother kept pushing me to drop my car off there to have a look at. I was wary as it being a very small shop with practically no review online, but with both of them telling me they have gone here for 15+ years and this shop knows what they are doing, I took their word for it and dropped my car off the first week of September, The worst mistake in this entire world. A week and half later and a $900 bill from the repair shop, Absolutely no cure for the smoke. All was done was a oil change and a treatment was added to the oil for the smoke. We were told the car will forever be like this. OBVIOUSLY, There is something wrong with the car. After some googling online. I opened my hood, pulled out the ignition coil AND DRENCHED WITH MOTOR OIL. The valve cover gasket needs to be replaced. So because I'm afraid of my car being further destroyed by this horrific shop. I am now forced to either spend 1,000+ at a certified dealership OR repair it myself, a beginners in mechanic. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. RUN AWAY.
