She told me to bring the tire/wheel in and the store manager would look at it. We got there and the service guy went out to get the boss. He was actually in the shop doing an alignment (must be a "working manager") , and said he would check the tire as soon as he was finished. About 20 minutes later he came out, grabbed the tire, and checked out the leak. He found a very small leak, showed us the bubbles coming out , patched it, balanced it, and we were out of there, after being there around 50 minutes total. They went out of their way on a very busy Saturday to help my dad out, and I'm (and especially my dad) very grateful for the customer service. I will be going there the next time I need tires. The service manager was also very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Called AAA and they said someone would be there within a 45 minutes. Expect an "unknown" caller. A few minutes later the towing company called and was in the lot. The agent hooked up a battery. Still wouldn't start. Earlier I checked the oil, and coolant; both OK. He managed to push the car out of the parking space, with the help of a stranger. Carefully loaded it on the flatbed truck. Took me & my car to a trusted mechanic and unloaded the car in their lot. Told me to leave the key in an envelope with my info on the envelope. Never had to do that before. Glad he was so helpful. I was told to come in at an appointed time and they would do a free inspection and give me an estimate for the job. They said it would take about an hour to do, and how much it would cost. Didn't have anything else planned for the afternoon so I waited. Where was I going to go without a car? It's not like in the City where I could take a train, bus, or even walk home or find something to do in the neighborhood, It took about an hour. They showed me the brake pads. They were kind of worn out. They have free Wi-Fi and a clean restroom.
