Didn't want to give a one star because service is not horrible here. But their principals are. They adjust and adjust and adjust, but their goal is not to heal you. Their goal is quantity over quality. I mean they will adjust you for what needs to be adjusted. But most of them do not care here. They will charge you $30 for a few minutes of the massaging machine. Your adjustment is $50+ so it's $80+ for a quick in and out. They make you fill out the chart that THEY DONT EVEN LOOK AT. I was just upset at the fact how they just try to rob ppl here more than anything. Honestly if you're looking for REAL HEALING I'd go down to Restoring Life Chiropractic. That's where I first went. They care so much about you and your well being and it's a small place but that's how they focus on quality over quantity. My bf was still going here up until his most recent visit now they just cheated him for his money. And it's really unfortunate for this place really. Because they're in a good area with good people. But this place, they just simply do not care. My bf has been going here for two weeks and has not seen any type of healing or progress. His first day back at Restoring Life (it's a little further away) Dr. Eric didn't even adjust him, he actually never did with this incident. As he visited, Dr. Eric told him to get an MRI first, and after viewing the imaging, he called us back ASAP and said adjusting would not help and he recommended physical therapy. People like that are people who care. Where they put their beliefs, principals, and practice before their business. And their prices are half of what you pay here. My whole family goes there, and we've all been helped and adjusted properly, and most importantly, we've been healed. Not trying to bring them business, it's more like I'm upset that we got played here. And I rather let my yelpers know that if you're seriously looking to get better, this is not the place. read more

I've been treated by Dr. Bobbitt and his staff since 2006. I spent too many years dealing with an almost crippling pain from my neck into my shoulders that nobody could seem to help me with. A few times a year, it would flare up, and I was in constant shooting pain for anywhere from 4-6 weeks and it never let up. In 2006 we bought a house in Mansfield, and after another round of pain, I decided to try chiropractic. In short, Dr. Bobbitt and his staff fixed me. Thanks to the therapy we decided on, and monthly adjustments since, I have not had that pain in many years. After the initial x-rays, he was straight forward with me about the degenerating disc in my neck, and even told me that one day I might need surgery, but he would do everything he could to push back that option and get me to living pain free for as long as possible. I owe a lot of pain free living to Dr. Bobbitt and Mansfield Chiropractic. We now live just north of Godley and I work in downtown Fort Worth. Once a month I drive to Mansfield to continue my monthly maintenance adjustments, passing any number of other chiropractic offices along the way. I went to Mansfield chiropractic first time when i got in to a car accident. I got rear ended so, for that reason I had a bad pain in my neck and shoulder area plus little pain in lower back area. I went in there and never felt that they tried to over sell me on anything. They did a right diagnose and recommended a series to treatment. I followed there treatment plan and I got better with in the time frame they told me and I started felling better. They have good staff very humble and respectful. By the time I left the office, I had no pain. While I was there they answered my health questions. They emphasize good nutrition as part of the well body experience. In today's rush, rush atmosphere of the healthcare industry, I found Mansfield Chiropractic refreshing. They made me feel that my overall health was the concern. They took time to answer my questions and made me feel like they cared about my overall health. I workout with a trainer at 24 hour fitness who was able to call Dr Strong and get specific exercises that would best fit me after I had the elbow issue. I started having some upper back and neck pain at 24.. just minor, not really caused by anything particular. I decided to start taking care of my back as best as I could, so I made an appointment. My insurance covers my initial visits and x-rays, but unfortunately, there was still a $45 copay each time I walked in. They had me come in like 4-5 times within the first 2 weeks.. It was really hard on my wallet. On top of that, they want to sell me RRT therapy because it's what I really needed, but it's not covered and would be $70 total each visit to have this included. I don't have that kind of money.... and I certainly didn't realize chiropractors cost this much. I'm about to enter my last of my 4-5 initial appointments to find out what my "treatment" plan finally is. I'm told the treatment plan will be once a month most likely, and insurance does not cover it. It's somewhere around $55 a visit. Yikes. Now I feel too invested to back out, but i'm going to stick with it and see if I feel it benefits me. I was impressed by the staff's attentiveness and kindness. They have the best customer service I think I've ever seen at a doctor's office. When they did x-rays on my first visit, I was especially impressed. It makes me feel like I'm getting really personalized care. The center is really high-tech and very nice inside, plus full of friendly staff. I hope to find this all worth it in the end. read more

2 stars for the fact that this practice is out in the community a lot, which I really appreciate, and has a huge staff and can handle a high volume of clients. Also- the staff members were all nice with the exception of one admin. The lack of stars is based on my experience here. I really always felt like just a number in what felt like, chaos. I would be pushed from station to station meeting therapists or doctors or techs I had never seen before who had never read my file. The exercise area was always pretty loud and crowded and there is a lot of waiting. I visited 4 times in about 10 days and got a generic adjustment and electro stim as my "therapy" and was sent on my way. After these 4 appointments- I felt like I had been hit by a car. I was in pain FROM the adjustments for a full month. It's frustrating to go somewhere wanting to recover to leave in excruciating pain. In my 4th appointment I was finally given a treatment plan which outlined 8 weeks of "therapy" which only a portion of my insurance would, supposedly, cover leaving me with an $800 bill. The price really was a non-issue UNTIL I woke up the next morning barely able to move and spent the next month recovering. Why would I pay $800 for what would be months of handicap? So, I waved the white flag and decided it wasn't for me. A month or so later I decided to try another chiropractor. I ended up getting the same treatment for the same length of time completely covered by insurance! I NEVER left an appointment in ANY pain and the service was SO personal! I never had to wait at all, I was given exercises, it was quiet. Much better experience. read more

Great place! The entire staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I've been coming to this office for more than 10 years due to chronic issues. Dr. Bobbit and his staff are constantly learning new techniques to help me and other clients. They have provided me with excellent care, stretches, exercises, etc to help me improve my personal issues. unfortunately, I've been in a couple of car accidents and they were not only able to get me back to where I was before the accidents but they were also able to deal with insurance in a professional and speedy manner! I have been going to Mansfield Chiropractic since early 2013 when I had my first ever episode of severe low back pain. I had never experienced such disability. Drs Bobbitt, Strong & Bradford were very cautious with my adjustments and therapy and after a few weeks I was pain-free and fully mobile. I am having a minor exacerbation currently and am visiting 2× per week. The staff is very friendly and caring and most of the same people I met in 2013 are still there delivering great service. I have been in medical sales almost 30 years and I like to see empirical evidence for a treatment. My wife had 3 bulging lumbar discs that required medical intervention & a pain management spine MD. she got a baseline MRI which indicated 3 severely bulged discs. Her doctor concured and she decided to use the DRX9000 spinal decompression therapy at Mansfield Chiropractic. 3 months after her disc decompression therapy she had a follow-up MRI ordered by her spine specialist and he noted SIGNIFICANT improvement with her 3 discs showing much less stress and greatly reduced bulging. Came in with excruciating pain... horrid sciatica! Could not sleep, drive or sit without pain. Nine weeks later, I feel normal again! The healing process was slow and incremental for me, but the team always made me feel hopeful for a full recovery. It's amazing how things are connected!! I went in because my mid-back was tight, uncomfortable and hurting badly. Dr. Bobbitt asked me questions about the pain I was experiencing as well about some other things I had mentioned on my paperwork. I had mentioned that I was getting older and having tight joints in the morning, that I wake up stiff. I had attributed my stiffness to getting older, not eating right, gaining weight, and that's just how it goes. He and the staff were kind and professional. After my first week I have noticed a few wonderful "side effects". I wake up and I'm not stiff. My inflammation has gone down so much that I don't hurt to be hugged, yes my skin and muscles were actually that tender. I actually was able to get up in the morning and not feel 85, by the way I'm 37. Today I went in and I told Dr. Bobbitt and Dr. Bryant that I was having a lil shortness of breath. With an examination they discovered that I had a rib a lil out of place. At the end of my adjustment I was able to take a full deep breath, the breathing through a coffee straw feeling was gone. I am blown away at how many different things are affected in our bodies that we just deal with until it hurts. I am thankful to have such an amazing team caring for me and caring about me. I am not done with my healing and I look forward to being whole again. I have worked for years at getting "out of shape" and I know the team at Mansfield Chiropractic will work hard with me to heal me.
