Our first escape room. I was a bit concerned as we had younger kids (12, 9, 8, 6) and I wanted them all to participate in some way. Steve was very helpful getting all my questions answered prior to booking. Based on his very detailed response on my inquiries we booked. Price was very reasonable for our family compared to others in the area. When we got to the business Steve was very welcoming and informative. We felt very comfortable and excited going into our first escape room. We ended up solving it w/ 1 min 12 secs to spare. After completion we were given explanations of how things worked and were able to ask questions about why things were the way they were. He was so responsive to our questions. We also got to tour the control room and were shown how things operated. The icing on the cake was because of us solving the room they donate $25.00 to one of four charities. This was our fist escape room event and we weren't sure exactly what to expect. Steve our host explained everything about how it worked, what to expect and how to get "hints" if we got stuck. This room was AMAZING-what fun. A real brain teaser and based on actual historical events. The clues and props were outstanding and we really had to think. We had an hour to solve the riddles, puzzles and clues and had there been more of us we would have made it. This room would be a really cool way to spend an hour with family, friends (or even strangers) and I highly recommend it. The props were authentic and historical and once we figured them out easy to implement. This would be PERFECT for a corporate team building exercise-it has teamwork, critical thinking, communication and fun all wrapped into one event. We are already planning on coming back with different groups of friends. they are working on more rooms and we can't wait to try them. read more

This place is totally AWESOME!! Steve, the creator and brains behind it was super friendly and runs an awesome escape room experience. He currently has the 1 room and is working on a 2nd...when the 2nd room is ready I will for sure be back with my team. The puzzles were challenging and varied and made us think outside the box. We ended up 1 puzzle from the finish, and Steve kindly walked us through that last puzzle (we were the last group of the day I believe) but we were so close...he said maybe less than a minute. We went as a company function. We had 3 teams going at the same time. A great variety of employees. From corporate leaders to shop floor guys and Gals. We all solved our rooms, some with 15 minutes left and one with only a few minutes left. This is well run adventure and our hosts were excellent. Nudged us when we needed it but never told us the answer. The rooms are difficult but not impossible. The only advice I can give you is, have fun and think outside the box. It was Great Fun! A group of 3 of us took this on in September and succeeded in solving the Capone's Cabin with only one minute to spare. We had a great time, the puzzles were challenging and engaging everyone on the team contributed to solutions. The staff was also great in making this experience a great time. Having done several escape rooms in the area, we believe this is one of the better rooms. The puzzles challenged your visual and logic capabilities. Our group had some with escape room experience and some rookies. Everyone was able to contribute to solving the puzzles and we all had a great time! The room is well-constructed, the boys liked the Al Capone theme (OK, so did I), and there were clever touches throughout. My son said it made his birthday day! I do recommend using your phone to find the actual building, as they face away from the road the address is on. We are looking forward to the new room being completed! read more

I took my daughter there with 6 of her friends for her 15th birthday. They were very excited that they were able to do this without a parent. I went back to pick them up and they were yelling and laughing and having a great time. They told me they absolutely loved it and they will be going back when the other girls have a birthday. Every family, friend group, double date, and work crew needs to try this escape room. It was the most thorough and thought out escape room I've been to. You are immediately engrossed into the story and really feel like you're set in the scene. This is not your typical escape room with an assortment of keys and locks; each puzzle is different and engaging. And as a bonus, they donate $25 to a charity of your choosing when you escape the room. Amazing! read more

This was a very nice escape room ! Very challenging, they give you as many hints as you need. I wish my team members, or "cousins" I should say (you'll get it if you do the Cabin Escape room) could have solved it. One of the props in the room didn't work properly but Steve was quick to hop in and correct the issue. I will absolutely be back for the new escape room they have coming up ! read more

Was such a fun spring break staycation event with family and friends. We had a wide range of people in our group aged 5-42 between 8 of us. Everyone was able to contribute...our 5 year old even discovered 2 clues! We didn't "Solve" by the end but the owner gave us the clues to figure out the rest, which was really cool. Definitely one of the best escape rooms we've done. The puzzles were clever and well designed, without being gimmicky. Our group of four really enjoyed this - it had something for all different sorts of thinkers. This venue is just getting started - I'm looking forward to the next rooms! Room was very well done. It was clean. Flow of the puzzles was well thought out. Not a ton of red herring clues. When help was needed, they were gentle nudges not complete answers. Staff was friendly and engaging. You could tell she was an escape room enthusiast herself. Seemed to be genuinely interested in our feedback. read more

This escape room was so much fun!! Lots of different types of puzzles to solve and very unique compared to many of the other escape rooms we have done (no combination locks and only a couple actual keys). I'm so glad we chose this for our first escape room. The puzzles were fun with a variety of difficulty levels, our host was great and offered clever hints, and I loved that our solve was rewarded with a donation to charity. My fam has visited a few escape rooms before and had fun but we REALLY enjoyed the Solve Escape Rooms in Waukesha! Capones Cabin was entertaining and the puzzles were so unique and well put together. We had so much fun back in March with Al Capone's cabin, that the kids chose to return to Solve Escape Rooms to try another room for the holidays.
