Since we had international team members, some of the games were mostly centered around American culture, so it made for an interesting game! The game show host was really good! I heard they also had karaoke but we didn't get to try that evening, I will have to come back another time to play that. As for the food and drinks they were great, they had NA drinks. The place is super well organized and has a great mix of games that keep everyone involved, from Family Feud style trivia challenges to hands on, active competitions. Our host, Jonah, was fun, engaging, and made everything run smoothly, which made the night even better. The space is lively and inviting, and I loved that you could bring drinks from the bar in, which made the evening feel relaxed. We had about 24 people split into two teams, and even though my team didn't win, it was so much fun. I was hoping to check out both rooms, so I can't wait to come back and experience the other one. We came here for a birthday party and had a group of 12, which is perfect because there were six people on each team. We got to play in assortment of games, including some thing resembling family feud, the match game, and then more hands-on games like, timed corn hole, flip cup, and similar hand-eye coordination / speed type games. The host and DJ were incredible, the room was a very amusing and professional, and everyone got to be involved. There was a bar outside so you could bring your drink in and it was the perfect amount of time to do game show games. The only issue I had it was very expensive when you have a per head charge as opposed to just renting out the room. They're definitely making bank based off of these reservations. read more

Date of visit: 10/16/21 Pros: It is pretty fun. I would recommend having an even number of people on your teams as it just makes things more fair. And while they advertise having large numbers of people, really 8 or 10 is really the perfect size, allowing for everyone to get plenty of turns to play each of the games without getting bogged down. Each of the games is based on a favorite game show you might have seen, with enough elements changed to protect copyrights. You buy any drinks you might want in advance and can keep them cooled in the room, but you stay in the room for the entire hour. Each game takes roughly 20 minutes and the team that has the most Battle Points at the end is crowned the victors. This all flows well even if the mix of games doesn't always translate into the points making a lot of sense. When one team is down towards the end, opportunities arise to bring them closer together. The host and assistant are engaging and manage to keep a straight face despite some of the ridiculousness from the contestants, though I do wish that they stepped up their attire a bit to better emulate an actual game show host, especially for $30/person. Cons: The rooms are billed as "private" on the site, but you have to walk through the first battle room in order to get to the second battle room. It made for a bit of an awkward moment when a group of about 25 small children walked through our room during play and saw the scoreboard featuring the "Big Booty Hoez..." Similarly, most of the team names displayed in the waiting area are graphic, vulgar, or both. So proceed with caution if you are bringing young ones into the show. Some sort of small prize to take with you as the winner would be a nice touch as well. All in all, a fun if slightly expensive time was had by all. read more

I recently visited Game Show Battle Rooms as a team building/late holiday party for work and had a great time. We opted to so the prime time showdowns room that includes "survey battles" and a match game as well as party games similar to corn hole and flip cup. When you walk in, there is a lobby area where you're able to buy drinks to take into the room for your reserved show time (there's a fridge to keep extra drinks cold, should you want more than one). When it's time to go in, you walk to your designated room, and line up based on your team. Adam and Jonah were great hosts that kept things moving the whole time and played well off our communal sense of humor. All of us thought it would be fun, but wound up enjoying it a lot more than we thought we would. The only drawback is the parking. They are located next to a kids swimming school, which made our scheduled start time impossible for finding parking. All that said, I would absolutely recommend it to anyone as an opportunity for team building, a birthday, or other get together. I'd love to try the other room! read more

Had so much fun battling it out with our family we played boys vs girls and the girls won!!! We had 1 hour to play a series of games the first was kind of like family feud then it was a white board game to see if how well your team knows eachother, we had a game throwing bean bags, flipping spoons and pencils, table pong, and many others. SO MUCH FUN! Wow, we had such a blast here last Friday night! We came for my wife's birthday with a group of 8 people and already planning return trips! We got to play their versions of Family Feud, Wheel of Fortune, and Price is Right. Each game was so fun and done so well. The host was great! The event lasts 1 hour. Each game is played for about 20 minutes. We obviously would have loved to stay longer, but the hour was good. It did not seem like the time was too quick or anything - it was all perfect!
