The products are always exactly what I'm looking for and the customer service is excellent.

I visited this Soma location today. I have ordered online, due to Covid, but it was time for new sleepwear and I remembered this store is very near my home. It was a great shopping experience. There were two sales consultants, both of whom were very pleasant and helpful. Patricia assisted me. They still have some good sales, and their new summer line of loungewear has some really nice pieces. I found a cute lace nightgown with straps that was reduced to $14.99. And then another cute green & white striped one that was only $7.49 when they rang it up! Then I picked up two new pieces that were regularly priced, at $42 and $38. So I managed to replace a whole drawer full of nightwear for about $100. My birthday gift to myself! read more

I love the products but was extremely disappointed at my last visit in the store. One clerk sitting at counter, when I asked for assistance she told me what I wanted were all in the drawers, so I searched while she sat. She left another clerk came out and went behind the counter, very young, I also asked her for help and she said she was new and didn't know enough to answer my questions and continued to stay behind the counter. I did make purchases which I guess is your goal but not happy with the customer service which is apparently not your goal. Not anxious to be back and do not like shopping online for clothes. read more

I was very pleased with my experience at this Soma. It was our first time in on a busy Black Friday. Pat worked with my mom who had never had a fitting before. She was so kind and patient with her. I had someone else work with me and misfitted me. In their defense, I was in a hurry, not them even though it was busy. I returned to the store to exchange my items bought and Pat was there. She spent considerable time making sure I was properly fitted this time and helped me exchange my items. She again was knowledgeable and patient and didn't seemed bothered with me returning. I am a normal size but difficult fit and I felt like she knew what I needed. If you've had a bad experience at least try again and ask for her. read more

You will receive better customer service from a zombie. I went into that store ready to drop money for some good bras; but the "sales" girl couldn't care less. She was more interested in folding bras. The girl was either high or hated life. Couldn't quite tell. But one thing is for sure, she didn't want to be at work and she didn't want to help me. I left and went to Victoria's Secret. I can't stand Victoria's Secret! But I know there's a sales shark there, waiting to take my bra size and my money. Bottom Line: Although I have dubbed Soma the "old lady underwear store" the reality is that there is some sex appeal here and something for every female body that is over 22-years-old. Soma isn't as "old lady" as I once thought (and not just because I am getting older!). You probably won't find Christian Gray-endorsed lingerie here but you will find plenty of lacey thongs and cleavage revealing bras. Basically, when you are too mature for Victoria's Secret, Soma is a wonderful upgrade in quality and class. Soma's PJs are super comfortable and offered in an ever evolving variety of fun pints. If you want something for a different kind of fun, you can find something here for that too. Wink. My very favorite Soma offering is the super comfortable and flattering collection of summer dresses. Others apparently love the dresses too because they sell fast. Forever I have referred to Soma as the "old lady underwear store" because it is owned by Chico's. I still think I am too young for Chico's (and will be for the next two decades) but I do like Soma. The staff here is knowledgeable about the proper fit of undergarments and very helpful in general. Consider taking them up on their offer for a bra fitting because as stylist Stacy London will attest, a proper fit of clothing begins with the proper fit of undergarments. Plus, the staff here is very good about making you feel comfortable during the fitting process. read more

I was, so looking forward to a beautiful new bra, and thought Soma was the perfect place for me to find the bra. I have never shopped at Soma but their adds boast voluptuous women so, the perfect place for me. NOT SO MUCH. As soon as I walked in I was barked at that someone would be with me shortly... um, okay, but I am a grown woman and can shop on my own, maybe they do that fancy one on one shopping experience or maybe they thought I was going to shoplift, not sure. What I am sure of is; I felt a not so good vibe. I was approached by a sales lady and asked what am I looking for? I told her a bra, she asked what size and I told her. I was promptly told they do not carry my size (I am a size you can find at Macy's, JCPenny, Sears, Walmart, nothing out of the ordinary). Then told to try another store, given a suggestion and pointed to the door. If you ladies work on commission, your loss. I am down to one bra hanging on by a string and would have bought 3 or 4 on the spot and being new to the area I would have been a regular customer. I just moved here from Denver, my shop of choice there was Le Soutien in Cherry Creek, they have been fitting me since 2003 and God knows I sure miss them, especially now. Looks like I will have to fly to Denver just to get decent customer service! Simply amazed! read more

Today was my first visit to a Soma store. I had a pleasant experience and will be back. The staff was friendly and helpful but Pat personally assisted me. Pat was very helpful, professional, and friendly. She made spot-on recommendations based on my needs and assisted me with a fitting. She located items for me when items were not on the floor or when I needed something in another size or color. She told me about the merchandise, new customer promotional, deals, and the rewards program. read more

I am really sick and tired of this place. I have been wearing Soma for many years and the staff in this store is incredibly rude to people. I returned a bathing suit top with tags on this weekend, the clerk couldn't find it on my account so she was not nice. I told her to look under my email, she did and found it there. They always make you feel like you trying to something wrong. I do like Soma products but will continue to shop on line. read more

This location is the best! After having some issues with some employees at the Waugh Chapel store, I decided to come here. The ladies are so welcoming and helpful, even when I had to exchange bras for a different cup (and they still let me keep the discount I had purchased the other ones for!!!). Diana and the other woman working the day I went on were very helpful. They were both patient with my indecisiveness.

Love the products. It can be hit or miss at this store. Most of the staff is awesome and attentive. Every once in a while I get a staff member that is having an off day--that can be frustrating. My down time is sparse, when I have a moment to shop for myself, I need someone to be thrilled to see me and help me spend my cash. read more
