It's located on Division street near some great restaurants and in downtown Somerville. It's very classy, elegant, but not uppity. I felt totally at home with Allison. She made me feel very comfortable and reminded me of my love for lingerie! Allison is easy going and professional. She carries many lingerie brands; my favorite being Eberjey. So gorgeous! I tried on two basic bras from LBC and they fit my petite frame perfectly! I even bought a gorgeous night slip from Eberjey. It is so comfy and dressy at the same time! Love, love, love. There's something for everyone here! You can even create a wish list so your significant other can surprise you with something lacy. Hint hint! It's important to shop local. They refused to exchange the swimsuit, which was absolutely outrageous and refused to purchase from them again. Repeatedly, I received flyers for their 20%, 30% and 40% off sales and refused to purchase another item from them for the poor decision making on their part not to exchange the swimsuit. It was not my fault the swimsuit had a hole, it was the fault of the distributor. Well, 2 days ago again I receive their "sale" flyer and again sent a letter of utter disgust on their severely poor customer service which I have shared with my friends who will not be purchasing from this poor management company.....and sadly their merchandise is good looking however very poorly made and decision makers who do not know how to retain customers........based on the awful reviews on YELP, guess I am not the only one sending a severely POOR REVIEW.

My friend went to the fitting room to try some items on, so I eventually went to go view the fashion show. As I walked into the fitting room area, two employees were busy fiddling with some clothes-- I didn't know it takes two employees to hang a shirt up. As I was about to round the corner, one of them yelled at me, "Ma'am?!" So I turned back towards the counter and the employee scanned me up and down before asking if I was trying something on. I said I was not and then I was asked if I was looking for someone in the fitting room. When I said I was, the employee simply stared at me. After finally making my way to the fitting room area, the room was at least 80 degrees, perfect for trying on clothes...NOT. My friend and I promptly left the store and have no intention of ever stopping in again.

I spoke to a manager and let her know and she apologized and said she would speak to them which i know never happened. I left and ended up going back like 15 mins later to return the almost $100 purchase. I returned it with the manager who did not even remember the interaction. She asked me if everything was ok with the items and why i was returning and i told her i just didn't like the interaction earlier. She then remembered and chuckled. These companies hire young hs/college students that are so rude and have no type of customer service skills. I will never again go in and spend my money in that store again.

I have many children, & attest that this store has always been too high priced unless they had a special which made our shopping. That made our shopping there more spurious and ad hoc, which is probably not helpful for their loyalty and forecasting. The store has not a huge diversity of goods and any goods there are paying for product placement on a retail shelf for which the consumer pays and thus online shopping has wholly eclipsed this business model. The staff always worked very hard and they did seem happy so I hope they were because the morale is very difficult with so little buying and foot traffic. I as a customer could feel the same that maybe why I did not really really want to be in there, despite the bright colors of their decor, and the whole concept of babies and happiness. I recall they had some relationship with other retailers in the $BBY network and yet the online buying was not as fluid as to make for a click and collect feature. Lastly, these stores were located far out in suburbia, where there is too much distance for easy buying and driving so much is tiring specially, with young children, furthering our lack of use of such a store. All in all it was a business matter for another time.

I confirmed with her that they don't allow you to return an item even if it's damaged? She indicated that's correct.
