For just a little extra than the basic hydra facial, you get a complimentary LED AND dermaolaning (which if you added these separately would be a lot more). So far I have had two with her and definitely plan on coming back. I have also had nail services with Ava, structure gel mani, Dazzle Dry manis and spa pedicures. She is absolutely fantastic, super easy to talk to, very detail oriented and when I was apprehensive to speak up about something (which I did and it totally wasn't a big deal) she reiterated to me that if I had questions about anything, not to be worried about saying something because she wants me to leave happy. And boy , do I leave happy! The owner is also very nice and super knowledgeable and in the future, I definitely want to look into possibly getting IPL photo facial for my rosacea. They also offer brow services, lash services and other kind of skin treatments. I plan on trying those also. I know this was long but I can't say enough good things about this place!

The hours are fantastic and they are open every day. While it is located downtown without a designated parking lot, there's usually plenty of parking on the street or on side streets. One of the fastest gel manicures I've ever had. They are thorough and extremely efficient. I wouldn't necessarily say it was the friendliest service I have had, but everyone there seemed nice enough. I appreciated the speed in general but felt rushed to get started, I wish they took a little more time to ask what I wanted (I like clear french tip vs pink). They came out great anyway. When I went in the man at the desk seemed overwhelmed, said there were 4 people ahead of me and did I know which color it was? I said no but I'll do it myself. I tried to match the color, put some where the thumb cracked, and left. I wouldn't go here for a manicure again and it certainly wasn't worth the $25 plus tip. When it came to the color I wanted a fade from blue to a glittery green, he didn't get what I wanted right away and I don't think my cold helped but I showed him a picture and he knew exactly what I was talking about.
