Hands down one of the best nail salons I've ever been to. I have been going here for about 5 to 6 years now and I will never go anywhere else. Alex and Linda are probably the best nail tech they have here but everyone is so nice and so good at everything they do. Alex personally has been doing my nails for the past six years. Tried Meraki for the first time yesterday and I was super impressed! From the minute I walked into salon I knew I was going to be happy with my choice. Jessica at the front desk was so professional and could not have been nicer. There are so many polish colors to choose from and the the cleanliness of the salon is impeccable! The decor is gorgeous too, I especially loved the lights they have in the main area. They have 12 pedicure chairs, which makes it a perfect spot for a group outing for any special occasion or just for some fun with your friends. Prices are reasonable too. As I arrived, I wasn't even greeted and the lady in front was extremely unfriendly and rude when I asked her questions about the services. I've had my nails done (dipping powder) at Meraki twice now and really enjoyed both experiences! The ability to book online is huge for me - I often only remember that I need my nails done late at night, so it's great to be able to book at whatever time is convenient for me. The parking situation is great as well. Meraki is located right in a strip mall on Rt. 1 Sourh, between to Christmas Tree Shops and Starbucks, so there's always parking! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The nail technicians are great at knowing whether you want to chat or not (I'm pretty introverted so that's a plus for me!). The facility is spacious and modern. There are lots of colors to choose from, both regular polish and dip powder. Another thing I like is they have all of the staff's Venmo QR codes posted at the front desk to make tipping easy. I never carry cash, so this is super convenient for me! I had my nails done yesterday by Alex and she did an incredible job. I'm a lifelong nail biter trying to quit the habit, so I have really short and weak nails. I also have really small nail beds and a lot of other salons have cut up the skin around my nail with the grinder tool, but never at Meraki! I have been coming here for a few months now and I leave happy every single time. I always book with Alex whom I'll experiment different nail shapes/and designs with. Shaping is everything and Alex definitely places the extra effort into the shaping/design. She's very creative when it comes to stonework as well. I never knew stonework could be placed so strategically. My nails can last 4-5 weeks with stones and all. I do the dishes at home, clean daily and they're still on. Meraki Spa is hands down the best in MA! They comply with all rules and regulations due to Covid-19 so upon check-in, temperatures are taken and everything is sterilized/sanitized immediately. All the nail technicians are super talented, creative, and friendly. My specific technician is Linda; she never rushes, pays close attention to detail, and literally ensures that I leave feeling satisfied. Not to mention, my nails have been on for about 4 weeks now and it hasn't even broke or chipped, I'm extremely impressed. Krysteen (the owner) waxes my eyebrows; she's super gentle so if you're afraid of pain like me, I'd definitely give her a call. I want to LOVE this place but I just can't justify having to pay separately for every single service. You want a dip manicure? Well don't expect to get your cuticles cared for, massage on your hands or any of the other services that have come with manis for the last 20 years I've had my nails done. Everything is charged separately. I went there two times before asking about why I didn't receive those services and was told it was only $10 to add on. I took the bait and it was $10 per mail. I ended up spending close to $90 for dip manicure. It's outrageous as I spend less than that for a comparable mani and pedi combined. I loved Linh and wish I could continue to see her but having to add services that are complimentary almost every where else is something I can't justify. read more

I've been to Meraki pre and post Covid! Both scenarios have been a dream visit! I felt so safe and warmly welcomed each time. The staff is well trained and do an incredible job every time. My nails have also never broken or chipped which is a huge win for me. The environment is very clean and zen. They use new clean tools/disposables on every client which made me feel very at ease as well. I've seen Lindah twice and she is amazing! Very friendly, sweet and does a perfect job every time. The spa is very clean and they take all the proper precautions to be in compliance with the covid-19 regulations. In addition, they have so many color choices and they do fantastic nail art.
